You should link to the instructions for him.

Do you really think he'd be capable of understanding and following those instructions?

Mind you, he's sharp enough that he can tell from Gooberville BC, the impact that seatbelt did or didn't have so you never can tell.

Sometimes people who have some common sense can discern quite a bit, especially if they get to view pictures of the wreckage. I would concede that a person who survived a day, not wearing a seat belt may have had a chance for a better outcome. As for people who died suddenly on impact, I wouldn't be overly optimistic of their chances even with a seat belt on. It's a crap shoot at best. Miracles have been known to happen.

I sure hope it is found to be completely an accident because having the responsibility for causing something like this in any way shape or form on one's conscience would be a very hard road too.

I guess the worst possible scenario might be if the transport vehicle operator was found to be at fault. Those guys don't have it easy, they have a schedule to maintain to keep their jobs and I know the bus drivers are under similar pressures. Even allowing an extra 5- 10 minutes on a trip can make all the difference. Every time I drive on the highway, I'm baffled at what all the rush is about. Leave early, drive slower and arrive safe!

You should call the RCMP and offer up your crack accident investigation skills. I'm sure they'd love it

Pretty big talk from an idiot who clearly does not understand what a fatality is.

Wow, nice back peddle. Or did you figure that this tragedy was a good topic to show how much of an uncaring, insensitive asshole you are by engaging in a little "sarcasm" as you called it.

If he had even a fraction of a brain he would know to keep his mouth shut and only look like a fool, instead of removing all doubt.

Why don't you just walk your useless piece of skin and flesh off the end of a long pier?

They can work to pass tough hockey-stick control laws! Those semi-automatic assault hockey sticks are weapons of war that have no place in civilian society!

Oh Boy, the weak cliche gun control argument.

What they have done is introduce rules of service in the trucking and bus industry. Drug testing, stop signs, signals, testing and background checks. If the driver is at fault, he'll be charged along with the company.

Northern Ontario,
Dunno if they still do it......we have a lot of bush road around here with plenty of intersections,...
What we used to do when coming up to the intersection since most didn't have stop signs was at night we would kill the lights on the vehicle for a few second and unless a driver in the other road did the same thing at the same time, you could easily see if someone was coming.
It only happened once or twice that I had to make a stop, and that was during the hunting season, and coming back from a day of ice fishing...
