The World's Policeman has retired. That means there will be a power vacuum in many areas of the world which other powers will struggle to fill. History has not ended. It's just picking up speed.

Indeed... and here we have Muslims and others in these dictatorship countries trying to get what we take for granted.... they all don't seem like such extremist nuts after all, as some here would like everyone to believe.
