It would either be English as spoken and written in England (which Canada does not adhere to) or English as spoken and written in the largest, richest, most powerful English-speaking country (which Canada does not adhere to).

Not only England, the "other" country he is referring to has just as many local "dialects" east to west and north to south.
I support all immigration, what I don't support is them trying to change our country. We have freedom of religion here, they can be Muslims but they can't force it on others.
What gets me mad is illegal immigrants using our social services, I mean I'm all for Social Services but to get them, immigrate legally, follow the law, and meet all other qualifications. Nothing hard to understand about that, eh?
