Re: COVIDD-19 'Pandemic'

I'm not having a lockdown until 2025.

That's not what I said.

A Covid-19 vaccine will be ready hopefully before this time next year and the lock down will end well before that.

A vaccine for all flu's present and future could be ready by 2025.

Re: COVIDD-19 'Pandemic'

And this is why lockdowns will have to end and just let herd immunity happen:

Coronavirus is here to stay and will become like the common cold

Professor Jonathan Ball, virology professor and expert in emerging diseases, described how the virus could potentially circulate.

He told Express.co.uk: “I think COVID-19 becoming like the common cold or flu is exactly the kind of trajectory that this virus is likely to take.

“It will eventually become endemic, and that means it will just be part and parcel of the normal circulating viruses we get every winter, but by then most people will have seen it and have some level of immunity.”

Professor Ball stated there is evidence this immunity could wane over time, and that people could become reinfected.
