Has Macron lost his mind?

The French president is casting doubt on vaccines to cover up his own failures.

Has Macron lost his mind?

‘Quasi-ineffective’, was French president Emmanuel Macron’s withering verdict. A fitting description of the EU, you might think, in light of its disastrous vaccine rollout. But Macron’s target was not the bureaucratic sloth that has left so many of his countrymen without vaccination, but the vaccine itself. In a fit of pique, Macron declared that the Oxford / AstraZeneca jab, which the EU has been desperately trying to get more doses of, doesn’t work.

On the very day the jab was approved by the European Medicines Agency for EU-wide use, in all age groups, the president of France told reporters that, ‘The real problem on AstraZeneca is that it doesn’t work the way we were expecting it to’. More alarming still, ‘today everything points to thinking it is quasi-ineffective on people older than 65, some say those 60 years or older’ – the very cohort most vulnerable to Covid-19.

Scientists and UK ministers have hit back at his claims. Sir John Bell, who led Oxford University’s vaccine efforts, said this was ‘very unfair and also untrue’. He accused Macron of trying to suppress demand for the vaccine in light of the EU’s supply issues.

Macron is playing a dangerous game. His comments will undermine confidence in the Oxford vaccine, not only internationally but also at home. France already has some of the highest rates of vaccine hesitancy in Europe. Loose talk from the president claiming that the vaccines don’t work will likely compound this problem.

Macron, like other European leaders, is clearly starting to feel the pressure on the vaccine front, and is lashing out. The whole world can see that Brexit Britain has raced ahead of the EU, whose vaccine rollout has been slow and chaotic. And even among the slow EU countries, France is near the bottom of the vaccinations league table. It has administered only an eighth of the doses the UK has. If the current number of doses per day were to remain unchanged, the UK would be on track to vaccinate 97 per cent of its population by the end of the summer – France a mere 19 per cent.

In another blow to national pride, France is yet to develop its own vaccine model. The renowned Pasteur Institute has been forced to abandon its vaccine project entirely. French pharmaceutical giant Sanofi – which the EU bet heavily on, ordering 300million doses – will not have a vaccine ready until next year. In the meantime, its factories will produce doses of its rivals’ vaccines.

To distract from these failures, Macron and his ministers have simply dismissed the British success story. Macron said Britain was ‘not very serious’ in its strategy of maximising the number of first doses, while Europe minister Clément Baune said the UK was taking unnecessary ‘extra risks’. The French government prefers to sow distrust in the UK’s vaccine rollout than sort out its own.

The vaccine fiasco, the ongoing restrictions and rising Covid cases are starting to create a serious political headache. Macron’s scientific advisers say that a third national lockdown is inevitable. But interior secretary Christophe Castaner expects widespread disobedience. Public opinion has not only turned against lockdown, but is also turning in favour of National Rally leader Marine Le Pen, who is now polling at record-high numbers.

Macron has a habit of making intemperate outbursts which come back to bite him. Usually, his most stinging barbs are aimed at the French working classes, who he sees as ‘illiterate’ and ‘nothing people’. This has made him a hate figure for vast swathes of the public – most notably the gilets jaunes. But until now, his reputation internationally has largely remained intact. Centrists across the West have continued to laud him as the saviour of the EU. The Economist even depicted him as a modern-day Jesus, literally walking on water. But now, surely even the most ardent Europhiles should start to lose faith.

Macron has well and truly lost the plot.

COVID, a disease in name only

The official definition of a “COVID-19 case” is so broad, it allows pretty much anything through the door.
A COUGH, or CHILLS AND FEVER, for example. Either of these is sufficient for a diagnosis of COVID.

The requirement of a positive PCR test for the virus—even that isn’t absolutely necessary.
Besides which—as I’ve been demonstrating in many articles—the PCR is riddled with irreparable flaws, leading to millions of false-positives.

On top of all this, as I’ve been writing (with details), the very existence of the SARS-CoV-2 virus is unproven.
So there is a perfect recipe for a false pandemic.

A person who, in 2018, would be diagnosed with the flu turns into a person who, in 2020, is diagnosed with COVID-19.
Ordinary pneumonia suddenly turns into COVID pneumonia.
All sorts of other lung infections are now COVID.

“I have a cold, Doctor.”
“No, it’s COVID.”
“It’s a sniffle.”
“A COVID sniffle.”

STAR ATHLETE: “Thanks to all my fans who supported me through this time. After my COVID diagnosis, I was really sick for three days. I mean, it was really bad. I could hardly get out of bed.”

SPORTS REPORTER (who will be fired five minutes after submitting this interview to his editor): Have you ever had a bad case of the flu, Charlie?”

STAR ATHLETE: “Well, sure. Back in 2015, I was really sick for three days. I mean, it was really bad. I could hardly get out of bed.”

SPORTS REPORTER: “That’s called a clue, pal. Think it through.”

STAR ATHLETE: What? Oh…you mean…?”

The disease labeling and relabeling game has been going on since the dawn of priest classes. Modern medicine has refined it somewhat, but it’s still a quite obvious con.

I first encountered the modern version in 1987. In Central Africa, there was “wasting disease.” Then it was called “Slim disease.” And finally, AIDS.
Actually, it was a relabeling of protein-calorie malnutrition, hunger, and starvation.

But the truth was too stark. It implicated local dictators and predatory transnational agriculture corporations who specialized in stealing good farmland from the people.

Today, COVID-19 is a label that conceals another stark truth: the real “disease” is an assault on national economies and every human who works for a living, through lockdowns.

Why COVID-19 Cases Will Instantly Drop

Analysis by Dr. Joseph MercolaFact Checked

STORY AT-A-GLANCE

  • One hour after Joe Biden’s inauguration, the World Health Organization lowered the recommended PCR cycle threshold (CT), which automatically guarantees that the number of “cases,” i.e., positive PCR test results, will plummet in the days and weeks to come
  • Tests recommended by the WHO used to be set to 45 CTs, yet the scientific consensus has long been that anything over 35 CTs renders the test useless, as the accuracy will be a measly 3% — 97% are false positives
  • The “casedemic” could not have been maintained were it not for the media, over which the Council on Foreign Relations, the Bilderberg Group and the Trilateral Commission wield significant influence
  • Most of the international news coverage in Western media is provided by only three global news agencies, The Associated Press (AP), Reuters and Agence France-Presse (AFP)
  • The key role played by these agencies means Western media often report on the same topics, even using the same wording. Governments, military and intelligence services also use these news agencies as multipliers to spread and reinforce their chosen narrative

Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s Health Department broke the law by refusing to provide a government watchdog group with the total nursing home death toll from COVID-19, a judge ruled Wednesday.

The legal smackdown came just days after an attorney general’s report revealed that the Cuomo administration misled the public about the total number of nursing home residents killed by the coronavirus by only releasing the numbers of those who died in nursing homes, not those who later died in hospitals.

In a 16-page decision, acting Albany Supreme Court Justice Kimberly O’Connor blasted the DOH for repeatedly telling the Empire Center for Public Policy “that it was unable to respond to the [Freedom of Information Law] request” since it was filed six months ago.

“DOH does not, in the Court’s opinion, offer an adequate explanation as to why it has not responded to that request within its estimated time period or to date,” O’Connor wrote.

“Its continued failure to provide petitioner a response, given the straightforward nature of the request … goes against FOIL’s broad standard of open and transparent government and is a violation of that statute.”

O’Connor ordered the DOH to turn over the records within five business days......More

Critical questions continue to surround a series of coronavirus research projects performed at a viral laboratory in Wuhan, China just prior to the start of the pandemic there, with significant amounts of the funding sourced to the National Institutes of Health by way of a science nonprofit.

Just the News reported in September on the NIH's funding of New York nonprofit EcoHealth Alliance to carry out a series of experiments that sought to determine, in part, the "emergence potential" of pandemic coronaviruses in China, including "what factors increase the risk of the next [coronavirus] emerging in people." The grant was awarded by the NIH's National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, which has been run for several decades by Anthony Fauci, an infectious disease expert who has helped manage the federal government's response to the COVID crisis under both the Trump and Biden administrations.

Federal spending records indicate that EcoHealth Alliance sub-awarded hundreds of thousands of dollars from those federal funds to the Wuhan Institute of Virology in partnership on that research.

Questions have persisted over whether or not any research at the Wuhan lab in the years leading up to the pandemic — whether funded by NIH or not — constituted "gain-of-function" experiments, a controversial biomedical procedure in which scientists increase the pathogenicity of a virus in order to study its potential transmission in human populations.

EcoHealth Alliance president Peter Daszak, whose name is on the NIH documentation detailing the nonprofit's government funding stream, has failed to respond to numerous queries over the last several months from Just the News, including questions regarding the full scope of the work conducted by EcoHealth and via the Wuhan lab......More
