Here is a clue it's not from soup, viruses cant handle temps over 38C so it's safe to say it's not from someone eating soup in a market that just happens to be 3 blocks from a bioweapons lab.

Not that I believe that was intentional, but most of the relief measures put in place is generating a tonne of deficit financing. That borrowed money has to come from somewhere. A government owing you trillions of dollars may be more inclined to do your bidding in the future. One could look at that as motive.
