Climate always has and always will change, carbon tax or no. That's why we are being subjected to science that has been co-opted by politics. The facts are that it was warmer when the dinosaurs were here; there was the ice age many thousands of years ago as well and CO2 was much higher in the atmosphere then than it is now. Over the hundreds of years, we've learned to adapt and we will continue to do so now and in the future. We have the technology!!

So I'm not sure what the issue is climate-wise except it's a wealth transfer that has absolutely nothing to do with the climate. We are unable to control the climate previously, now and into the future. It's sad state of affairs that people are so taken in by this B.S. The plan is designed to make everyone poor except, of course, those who are rich and who will benefit because it certainly won't be us! They'll continue to fly their planes and go to wherever they want to "holiday" as they are the "entitled ones".

The IPCC had scientists who didn't approve of what was being imposed but were too scared to say anything in case it affected their governmental funding. I believe most wouldn't say anything publicly but there were a few who did. The Science has not been settled despite what the politicians and media proclaim. In fact, science seems to have been pre-empted and politics have taken over (see Covid as an example). No one really knows what the hell is going on and until the whole cancel culture is irradiated, and people are free to express their beliefs, opinions, theories etc., we likely won't ever know. After all, there is too much money for those involved (hey Al Gore) to make and to squeeze from the rest of us.
