Ya ya ya, we're all familiar with your blow hard claims, absent any substantiation. Obviously the result of your admitted stupidity.Clearly you are not.

The part where an NDP MP defamed a company?
RackNine Inc. and its CEO, Matt Meier, filed a statement of claim on Friday alleging Martin made defamatory and malicious statements beginning with a Feb. 23 news conference in Ottawa and during subsequent media appearances the next three days. The statements were "calculated" to cause the "maxi-mum damage" to the reputations of RackNine and Meier, actions which the lawsuit alleges will damage the business.
Like I said, "Oh I see what you think you did there".Looks like it hasn't been settled after all.
Especially since Racknine has cooperated with Elections Canada, since day one.
Martin has been privy to any and all evidence the public has, re: Racknine's culpability. And yet he chose to make unfounded, unsubstantiated, and defamatory, accusations and claims, in absolutes. Contrary to evidence, and reality.
I've read Martin' commentary, as cited in Meier's Statement of Claim. I have a decent knowledge of Canadian defamation/libel law. I have no doubt, Meier will win. The only thing that isn't a sure thing, is the amount he will be awarded.

Your dance is predictable, another result of your admitted stupidity.Clearly you don't.
I would have liked to hear Harper and Co. come out with guns blazing, confirming that this sort of action is an insult to democracy and to Parliament, but if they have said any such thing, I haven't heard it.
Which removes another 50% of the already small respect I have for this collection of nasty assholes.
You're either with us, or against us, to use their own logic, and therefore Harper and Company must hate democracy.
Your dance is predictable
Yeah, me too.....although your post gave me a mental image of Frankenstein with torch and pitchfork, amongst the mob attacking an empty castle.....lol
A Mel Brooks moment.
Is it your arrogance, or your admitted stupidity that is causing your inability to understand that I did see what you thought you did there?Your inability to see what I did there was predictable.

The fact remains, you haven't established anything, except for the fact that your admission of stupidity, was one of the only honest things you've said on CC.
Is it your arrogance, or your admitted stupidity that is causing your inability to understand that I did see what you thought you did there?
Clearly I did, lol. Your arrogance is funny.Clearly not.
I decided long ago, to only play with you and make fun of you, by pointing out your hypocrisy, lies, arrogance, and stupidity. I've only told you that at least a dozen times now. Obviously your admitted stupidity has hindered your understanding of what I have clearly stated. You were only able to see what you thought I did there. That;s why you have decided to dance instead of simply state what I "did there"
I decided long ago, to only play with you.
Given your admitted stupidity, your claim lacks any form of validity or veracity.Yes, I remember you saying that after I pwned you. Your dance is very entertaining btw.
Really? I have that kind of power over you?I'm off to coffee. I know how you like to be informed about these things.
As far as I understand, MPs have some kind of protection for the statements they make as long as they are in the house.
I believe that is only in reference to other politicians not private citizens or companies.
Maybe we can get Gomery to lead the inquiry... He has some excellent experience garnered from the Adscam events
So it looks like it's Elections Canada, RCMP (the same guy that investigated the Conservatives' in-and-out scandal) and now CRTC as well. Hopefully we get some sort of resolution by the end of this decade.
