it amazes me that everyone is more interested in trying to vilify the opposition for doing their job and making sure the Government is following thru at ensuring that the Canadian Economy is not only stable but remains that way. For months now the signs have been there with companies laying off people, banks refusing business loans and exports dropping fast yet our Governing party seems to believe all is "rosy" and that none of this is actually happening in Canada...
The opposition is not primarily concerned with actions to help the economy, give your head a shake.
Massive inputs of cash in the USA have done little.
Their concern is having their sucking mouths dragged off the public tit, ie losing their vote-based party contribution from gov't. That was what they screamed about first and foremost......they discovered the lack of gov't aid to everybody about the time they realized their outrage at being denied federal tax dollars wouldn't play with the taxpayer.
My problem is not the perfectly legitimate formation of a coalition to take down the gov't, or even to form a new gov't. My problem is with the legitimization of the BQ and the subsequent massive increase in its influence by its inclusion in the deal.......

By the way, this was not exclusive to the US but also to England other countries including the Canadian Conservative Government that gave away $50 Billion away to Canadian Banks that had asked for "NOTHING" and post profits..

Also your claim that the BQ is not legitimate is as false as the saying that Harper is not the Prime Minister because he was part of a regional Party called the Reform Party. Its only interest was with Western Canada in its inception so it was as regional as the BQ. Fact is also the BQ is elected like every other party in Canada by Canadian Voters like it or NOT..
Personally I do not like the BQ, but I do believe in the political system of Canada, for which I do not see you have Contempt for..
