there is nothing outside of the Quran that will support what it says.
This is a fact which was not disapproved by the contemporary people. Mohammed was known that he did not know reading and writing.
Moreover, he did not know Hebrew, while the Torah had been written in Hebrew, and the Torah was not translated but only in late centuries.
the Quran was never written with the intention of showing people that a god existed.
Have you read the Quran? A great part of the Quran is to point out to the signs of the earth and heaven and the marvels of the universe to prove the might of God Most Gracious.
At least read the book
The Universe and the Quran and see how many ayat there are to prove the wisdom and might of God.
It was written to be "evidence" that the author was a true prophet
Of course this is a principal purpose; because the prophecy and apostlehood should be proved so that people would believe.
Mohammed had a "vision" so people called him a prophet. I have visions every freakin day, most of the time in my sleep even. Big deal. I call it imagination and dreaming.
What is this?
Y
our Quran is proof of exactly nothing except some poor stupid fool's lust for recognition.
???
And the proof of this is the amount of scientific mistakes in the Quran. One of the most obvious ones is geocentrism . One of the funniest ones is the statement that the sun is a flat disk. Another funny one is that the sky is held up by invisible pillars.
All these are not correct; but they have been inserted in some websites of some atheists like the group of Dawkins et al.
The refuting of such claims are in the book
The Universe and the Quran
Although it is so obvious that you don't want to consider.
N.B. I don't want here to convince you, you are in extreme misguidance, and whoever is misguided by God, there is none to guide him or her. But my replies are in fact directed to readers of the internet in general.
