Estimates based on computer models provided by IPCC. Garbage in, garbage out.

Lol

The IPCC doesn't even come up with computer models. They just take all of the existing scientific data and package it into a report.

You guys are still stuck on Gore and Suzuki. Those aren't the sources of this idea, they're just PR guys.

The actual science on the causal connection is sound it's just the scope and timeframe that is under scrutiny now.

You think that is the only determinant of rainfall and subsequent drought?

That's simply not true.
For an island nation, there are no other options.

BTW, those models were a 100% failure and there is only anecdotal hypothesis remaining to validate any form of manmade warming.

It's over unless you want to keep on believing the tripe the NG industry has concocted to try to keep the illusion alive and the money flowing in from taxpayers to convert from coal power and heating oil in homes.

I'm sorry son, the war is over. Go home and raise you child with the fervour you invested in this debacle and prepare for the end of the interglacial period.

They end extremely fast and there is little time remaining.

Its all about money.

That proves it

You should actually read the article.

Some territories are more heavily affected than others. Tropics are obviously hit hardest.

I actually did.

They want the cash.

"Dr. Mora is not a climate scientist but an expert on pulling hidden information from huge amounts of data "

Not a CLIMATE SCIENTIST! Why is he even mentioned?

Because climate scientists aren't statisticians?

You know they do mention in the article that this is just number crunching based on the data available.

What's a climate scientist?

Yes but we all know the deal... only CLIMATE SCIENTIST can speak on this!

Those were the days my friend... we'd thought they'd never end... we'd sing and dance... forever and a day...

There's a difference between contextualizing existing data and just making **** up wholesale. One is reasonable and the other is Lord Monckton.

As real as ufologists.

Climate Scientist

A person skilled in spouting obscure, scientific-sounding jargon that has the effect of deflecting requests for “DATA” by “DENIERS.” Also skilled at affecting an aura of “Smartest Person in the Room” to buffalo gullible legislators and journalists.

Experts have expressed the fear that melting polar ice pouring fresh water into the sea might upset the MOC mechanism.
This is because fresh water does not sink as easily as salt water, especially at cold temperatures. As a result less deep cold water flows back along the bottom of the conveyor, and the whole system slows down.
The new findings from British and US scientists, published in the journal Nature, show that the MOC has weakened by 30% since 1957.
