The Chinese already have huge mining deals in place, they will make the Taliban leaders very rich and will look the other way as they enslave their own people.

The Afghans will gladly take their money. Then the Afghans will do whatever they want. What makes some of you think they are exempt from the Graveyard of Empires?
Once someone becomes addicted to a steady supply of easy money it's quite difficult for them to change their behaviour-and that steady supply is exactly what they Chinese will offer.
Add to that Chinese educations for the children of the ones being bribed and the Chinese will be buying a pliant and willing generation of toadies.
China does this a lot. They win influence and economic concessions by throwing money at dubious regime and have the advantage of not having to pay lip service to human rights. What does China care if raping your wife is legal in Afghanistan?
What a lame plan. Get something in return for your money and make friends at the same time...foolish! They should use the American model, spend trillions bombing them til they want to fly planes into your buildings and walk away with nothing but your country being broke and a bunch of new enemies! :roll:
Yes we are talking about double dealing backstabbers-but the Chinese are past masters @ handling that kind of thing-IOW making sure their bought friends stay bought.
Anyone associated with Obama has lost. The Taliban are running complex operations now blowing up American aircraft on the ground and killing squadron commanders.
It would all look good at first I am sure. China has figured out a way to tame what has never been tamed. Until they start back stabbing as they always have. They better have a lot of suitcases... and a steady supply.
