just leave their radio up and running.

It is DEFINITELY TIME to cut way back on CBC subsidies! Just way to much LIE-beral ass kissing by CBC poohbahs!

As proof that CBC CAN offer up useful media content I refer interested parties to the CBC mockery of the LIE-beral MyDemocracy web site- the one that offered us the chance to either like the LIE-beral electoral reform vote rigging scam or we could love the LIE-beral vote rigging scam! But there was NO chance to tell wretched LIE-berals we were disgusted! And isnt it nice to know that CBC loonie leftist CAN recognize a chance to win market share by presenting honest commentary once in a while? Consider:

Oh my-here is a switch-the loonie leftist LIE-beral loving CBC has come out mocking the LIE-beral Mydemocracy.ca web site with its misleading questions and deliberately slanted array of options for answering questions about electoral reform. Talk about CBC BITING that hand that feeds it-but then the LIE-beral electoral reform plan was created by knuckleheads! And sadly, CBC has not bothered to discuss how invasive and intrusive the personal back ground questions are-which the person filling out the survey must answer BEFORE being allowed to read the survey! I present here the CBC mockery, with some comments of my own in brackets):

The week in commentary: MyDemocracy.ca is great — agree, or strongly agree?
The Liberals' electoral reform survey this week inspired much chatter, much more mockery

By Jane Lytvynenko, for CBC News Posted: Dec 10, 2016 5:00 AM ET Last Updated: Dec 10, 2016 5:00 AM ET

Maryam Monsef's electoral reform survey brought some much-needed laughs to the House of Commons this week. (Adrian Wyld/Canadian Press)

The week in commentary: Trudeau's honeymoon is over, again:
Survey: Do you support a referendum on electoral reform OR do you want a free box of doughnuts?

That's roughly how sophisticated the Liberals' questions are on their MyDemocracy.ca survey. That's why, during question period, MPs from both opposition parties came together to make fun of the ruling party for its approach to electoral reform. Here are a couple of excerpts courtesy of the Globe Politics Briefing:

NDP MP Nathan Cullen: Mr. Speaker, watching the Liberals' electoral reform process is like watching that bus in Montreal slowly sliding down the icy hill, mesmerizing disaster in slow motion.

Conservative MP Scott Reid: Based on people's responses, the website groups them as a guardian, a challenger, a co-operator, a fossil or a snowflake. I found out I am a unicorn. The shared values of unicorns include rainbows, sparkles and ranked ballots. My question to the minister is this: Will she now share with Canadians the identities of the academics who advised the Liberals to model their survey on the Sorting Hat at Hogwarts?

Ah, nothing like collective polite outrage to bring people together over the holidays. How stupid does the government think you are? Head on over to Mydemocracy.ca for the surprising answer!

(I say govt clearly thinks we are incredibly stupid. How else to explain LIE-beral handling of an issue viewed by many Cdns as extremely contentious? Many Cdns see LIE-beral meddling with our electoral process as an attempt to RIG future elections in LIE-beral favour!)

(WE have already seen LIE-beral Maryam Monsef have a melt down in Parliament simply because the committee she appointed to study election reform and CHOOSE a system attractive to Cdns, DARED to suggest that NO CHANGES should be made without first having a referendum! Monsef knows very well that a referendum is likely NOT to give her boss-Justin Trudope-OUR Boy with hair for BRAINS-the electoral results he wants.)

(The proportional representation system-call it PR for short-that LIE-berals want has already been scorned in parts of eastern Canada. And many Cdns have read of the political chaos that reigns in European countries that use the PR system. Italy is the classic example and poster nation for all that is wrong with PR. Italy has had something like 68 govts in 66 years-PR is a blueprint for political instability! With the added bonus of NO long term govt planning being done for pension planning or debt repayments since nobody will be in power that long!)

(New Zealand tried PR for a number of years and switched back to our current system! The PR method is used in Israel and many people there decry the added power and influence that small lunatic fringe parties have gained from every close parliamentary vote! Various European countries such as Austria use the PR system and they are bedeviled by extremist parties of both the right and left. PR does NOT give power to the people-rather, it gives power to the nutbars!)

(Our very own Statistics Canada tells us that Cdn deficits are larger-by about 25 percent and that national debt soars most rapidly when we have minority govt and its obvious why: with two parties sharing power, you also have two competing sets of pet projects to pay for and two sets of competing govt pals to pay off! Now picture how many `pet projects` we would have to pay for and how many govt pals would have their hands out if we had 4 or 5 separate parties sharing power as PR dictates they must. If you like big govt running a nanny state for you and running up massive debts while buying gravy for their pals and also dictating every aspect of your life-from the foods you eat and drink, to the type of work you, to where you live and how far you must commute to whatever work is available- from cradle to grave-then you will LOVE PR. It is the dream of all social engineers!)

(PR is nothing but a mad LIE-beral spending scheme-one that LIE-berals hope to guide and influence. LIE-berals figure that even if they lose control of parliament, the spending programs they put in place now will CONTINUE to operate since the PR election process does such a nice job of paralyzing govt! If you enjoy seeing govt spend your money recklessly on all manner of stupid perks and gravy-with no single party responsible or answerable- and no way for a single sensible political party to recover control of govt spending then you will LOVE PR!)

(How bad could our economy get under a PR govt? Anybody remember half a dozen years ago when the Harper govt prorogued parliament for a month so they could deal with the LIE-beral/NDP/Bloc Quebecois alliance? Together the 3 parties had enough seats to defeat Harper and Conservatives. But in order to get the Bloc onside, LIE-berals and NDP promised them TOTAL VETO POWER over any and all legislation proposed in our parliament! Yes, The BLOC-those people SWORN to DESTROY Canada were offered TOTAL veto power by a pack of chattering political MONKEYS so desperate to gain power that they would risk the ENTIRE country!)

(Fortunately-this time- we were well served by our Governor General Michelle Jean who ruled that there MUST be an election BEFORE such an alliance containing The Bloc could take power! LIE-berals were told: put it to the public in an election and let them decide if political vandals of the Bloc should be given such power. LIE-berals declined to make such a test of public mood and Harper continued in power. Under PR we would NOT be consulted over such an alliance! The Bloc COULD again be offered that total veto power in exchange for their help in defeating enemies of the LIE-beral Party! And anybody who complained would get a shrug from Our brainless Boy-because he is all about consensus and compromise-especially if HE gets to be selfie taking leader of the parade!)

(The next set of elections will be critical to the future of Canada. No LIE-beral has been honest with us regarding the scale and scope of LIE-beral pension promises made to civil service working family Hogs over the past 20 years. Federal LIE-berals have made promises dating back to the Jean Chretien era-promises that now total something over 300 billion dollars for federal employees alone-but LIE-berals have stopped talking about these promises so the true amounts owing are not fully known. It`s all money that we did not have then and certainly don’t have now. And Ontari-owe provincial LIE-berals have made another roughly 300 billion dollars in pension promises to the 19 Hog union voters that put all Ontari-owe LIE-berals in power. We know-courtesy of the outgoing chairman of the OSSTF pension management board- that LIE-berals MUST soon supply OSSTF/high school teachers with about 55 billion dollars in deferred pension payments or their pension plan will go bankrupt right around the time of next Ontari-owe election. Should we assume it was sour grapes on the part of the outgoing manager that he CHOSE to appear publicly and spill the beans about what LIE-berals NEED to give to teachers to retain power?)

(OSSTF controls the single largest pension funds in North America and if it goes belly up there will be huge consequences for tens of thousands of Ontari-owe citizens! In fact, news articles in the past few years have suggested that 97 percent of ALL defined benefit plans will DIE in the next few years without MASSIVE new supplies of cash-OR without a DRASTIC CUT in pension pay outs to individuals! And virtually ALL of those defined benefit pension plans are owned by Hogs! Do we really want such a massive problem to be handled by a committee of political eunuchs appointed by PR? With NONE of the eunuchs having any real power since nothing can be decided unless most parties agree? Do we want to see our govt paralyzed while our debts mount and economy dies? All thanks to LIE-beral efforts to RIG elections in their favour? No wonder LIE-berals do not want a referendum on this issue!)

(Now shut up and eat your doughnuts like a good little LIE-beral sheep! With your mouth full you will not be able to express your thoughts clearly, which is what LIE-berals desire!)

My complaint with the CBC is that they are constantly spewing American news. Even when it comes to humour, they use American personalities/events.

It is just as though they need Canadian citizens to feel more as North American citizens rather than Canadian. Perhaps this is because of NAFTA?

Hi! Spilled The Beer ....

Not to worry, as the U.S. economy continues to crumble, nobody will have a pension much less social programs.

When you read stories about the U.S. increasing military spending, it is not because the military is weak ..... it Is because America is getting ready to assert its hegemony through direct military means. Just like Spain did in the 1600's and England did in the 1800's.

The newly released "Nuclear Posture Review" states that America is willing to use "Tactical" nuclear weapons as "First Strike" and not as a defence which was/is past policy.

China is quickly becoming the number one world economic power which is a huge threat to the U.S.. Much like Germany was a threat to England when England ruled the seas prior to World War One. (1870-1918)

The U.S. dollar is under attack .... oil is sold in U.S. Dollars and China is the largest importer of oil on the planet. China is about to open an oil exchange where oil will be traded in a Gold backed Yuan. This is a huge threat to the American economy. The demand for U.S. dollars will decrease dramatically. I believe this is why we are seeing huge downward trends in the stock markets. China announced this move the day before the first Dow Index downturn last week. The new Chinese oil exchange is going to open in late March.

At the moment, America is badmouthing Russia because Russia supplies China with energy supplies. America would attack Russian interests as a signal to China that it is next.

Constantly Broadcasting Crap

Time to get rid of the CBC (thumbs up)

Trudeau can't get rid of the CBC, it was written into the Truth and Reconcilliation Commission "calls to action" to not only support, but increase funding. It was action item #84, I believe. Shutting it down would be racist.

Hi! Durry

The American economy is running a trillion dollar deficit each year. (This is what they admit to, but it could all be a fraud.) And, don't forget the Unfunded Liabilities of 200 Trillion.

Only an overly patriotic American would think that the U.S. is wallowing in success.

While Canada's billions in deficit under the Lieberals is just peachy. Deficits and debt either matter or they don't. Pick one.

Okay but what is the debt ratio per capita USA vs Canada?!

In 2016, the gross federal debt amounted to around 60,470 U.S. dollars per capita In the USA.

In Canada the debt per capita was $27,782. So Canada’s economy is twice as good as the USA.

Just remember as peachy as that is, if the USA sneezes Canada catches a cold.

Canada is economically tied to the hip of the USA. Without the USA, Canada would be 3rd world

OH there is a LIE! LIE-berals wanting to minimize the toxic effect of our national debt from our FOUR levels of govt NEVER do the full math- never add federal, provincial., municipal and the arms length crown corporations such as ORNGE. E- health, colleges and universities, dont count student debt even though it IS related to college/university union greed. In short LIE-berals skip over all manner of costs. Nor do they bother calculating what costs we will bear when Gardiner Expressway, our sewer and water systems and other infrastructure reaches the point of either fi it immediately or watch it collapse in ruins! Nor do LIE-berals wish to discuss the HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS OF DOLLARS worth of vast pension goodies LIE-berals have promised to civil service Hogs in exchange for their votes!

Since Pierre Trudope took office as PM, debt service charges have been the MAJOR cost factor for Cdn govt- with Papa PIerre running the second most costly/debt ridden govt in Cdn history- with Our idiot Boy Justin holding the record for most wasteful govt in Cdn history!

Back in in the early 1990`s- when LIE-beral Chretien govt hit their debt wall- the TOTAL debt per citizen was over $140,000.00 per person- that chunk for every man, woman and CHILD in Canada! And yes- Chjretien did reduce the federal debt but he did so by cutting back on transfer payments to the provinces- which made provincial debt SOAR! Two steps forward and two steps back!

IN 2014, the 751,000 people of New Brunswick had a yearly deficit of $14 billion dollars- God knows what they owe in total now that they will NEVER be able to repay!

The truth is that each |Cdn owes well over $100 grand and it may actually be over $200 grand! Part of the uncertainty rests with LIE-berals who dont think it is any of our business what deals they may have done with Hogs so LIE-berals can cling to power at any price . |The other side ofvthe coin will depend on us- will we be willing to support govt that refuses to give in to Hog blackmail? Will we be prepared for govt service disruptions as Hogs- with their stranglehold on many essential services strike to enforce their demands for more gravy?

Who is keeping better statistics? They don't even count the 40,000,000 or so that are poor and essentially live outside the American system. Their numbers are total propaganda bullshyte.

Fooled you, though.

Surprise, surprise.
