"Taiwan has the lowest poverty rate worldwide – only 1.5 percent of Taiwan's population lives in poverty, followed by Malaysia at 3.8 percent, Ireland at 5.5 percent, Austria at 6.2 percent, then Thailand and France at 7.8 percent, Switzerland at 7.9 percent, Canada at 9.4 percent, the Netherlands at 10.5 percent, etc."
Funny, I see no communism playing a hand in that.
Average wage in Cuba = $20 per month, average wage in China = about $40 per month, average wage in NK = about $125 per month, average wage in VN = about $150, etc.
Average wage in Switzerland = about $4050 per month, average wage in Ireland = about $4010 per month, average wage in Luxembourg = about $3975 per month, etc.
There is a pattern there.
