Made me think twice.
Here’s an interesting coincidence, coinciding on the same date. Politicians and community leaders are warning that anti-Israel rallies planned for Al-Quds Day this Sunday could be filled with antisemitic chants and the glorification of terrorism, and they are asking law enforcement to do more to protect the Jewish community.

“There’s been a long history of concern about Al-Quds Day, which is an annual hateful protest, an event that calls for the elimination and eradication of the State of Israel,” Toronto city councillor Brad Bradford told National Post.

I didn’t know Canada had an “Al-Quds Day” as thats not on my calendar.

“That often ends up bringing out folks who are glorifying terrorists and waving Hamas flags and calling for the death of Jews, and I think in a country like Canada, that is morally objectionable. It’s abhorrent, and it’s not the type of thing that we want to see on the streets of Toronto.”
The event, which coincides with the end of the Islamic holiday of Ramadan, was created in 1979 after Iran’s religious leader Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini was brought the idea by his foreign minister. Although nominally calling for the “liberation” of Jerusalem (Al-Quds in Arabic), demonstrations across the globe often devolve into chants of “Death to Israel,” “Death to America,” and the burning of flags and effigies…& this year potentially Mark Carney’s announcement of a federal election? Interesting timing.

I know this may sound odd to you but in those anti Israel protests you'll find a gosh awful lot of Jews in the midst of the Muzzies and thd secular.

I don't give a shit about what they chant. I care when they act.

So he says.
Who imposed it and who’s removing it. Who imposed the carbon tax and who’s eventually removing it. The answer is Liberals, & not because they want to, but because they have to. Keep that in mind.

In his latest foray into Canadian affairs, Trump took credit for the resurrection of the federal Liberal party’s electoral fortunes, two days before Prime Minister Mark Carney is expected to trigger a snap national campaign that all parties were buzzing Friday to prepare for in Ottawa.

“Just a little while ago, before I got involved and totally changed the election — which I don’t care about … the Conservative was leading,” Trump told reporters Friday at the White House.

Trump also suggested he would “do better” with Carney than if Pierre Poilievre’s Conservatives replaced the Liberal government. The comment echoed a similar statement earlier this week, which prompted the Conservatives to claim Trump was endorsing Carney because he wants a weaker leader in Ottawa as he denigrates Canadian sovereignty and pursues a trade war designed to draw jobs and manufacturing into the U.S.

“I don’t care who wins up there. I, frankly, probably would do better with the Liberal than with the Conservative, if you want to know the truth,” Trump said Friday.

He also justified the tariffs he has imposed — and threats to create more — by claiming his country doesn't need Canadian resources or goods, complained about Canada's military spending, and expressed bewilderment that Canada exists as an independent country, etc…

….& here’s a look over the last few years from 2021 through to the present day, at the odds of winning the most seats:

Liberals will have public sector support and those are the people who get out to vote so maybe but I won't bet on it. Quebec will continue on with the Bloc. What might be interesting is having 50 seats controlled by a western interest and would love to see Alberta come up with something.

Can’t see it , if that is accurate we are fucked .
Pollsters are often wrong. Their methods are, at best, shaky. If you poll 1500 people in Ontario, and then project that count across the country, you will be sadly inaccurate.

Individual polls can often have a bias, but poll aggregates have an advantage over individual polls generally in helping to cancel that out through an averaging.

Regardless of where you live or who you’re going to vote for, just get your arse off your couch and go do it!!

Working “out of town” ??? That’s actually pretty funny!!! Let’s look at the bio of Mark Carney’s wife Diana:

They have four children and lived in Toronto before…
1742756996528.jpeg
…moving to the Rockcliffe Park neighbourhood of Ottawa and then moving to London (England, not Ontario) in 2013.
1742757031916.jpeg
They moved back to Ottawa when Carney left his role at the Bank of England in 2020.
2025 - 2020 =5? 21? Etc…

SO, how did Carnage manage to acquire two foreign citizenships if he was a resident of Ottawa? Is his house on some foreign embassy grounds?

Just last year, Ottawa spent weeks being wracked by controversy that the Liberals’ special rapporteur for foreign interference was David Johnston, a former governor general who literally used to ski with the Trudeau family.🤫

I’ve connected those dots without knowing about Arya’s Son, & thankfully Carney’s company’s & financial interests have been in a blind trust for almost 2 weeks now?

Other than those that swim in the political pools, how will the average Canadian hear about this? The major news services picking up on it being mentioned in Parliament before the election?

Wait, no parliament during an election period…or for the months leading up to it, & the liberals weren’t answering questions for the months leading up to that in Parliament anyway? They’re all filthy. We should give them a fourth term.
