While the punditocracy whipped itself into a justifiable if ritual lather over another Ottawa bailout of Bombardier, the $372-million loan is small change compared with the multi-billion-dollar green electric power fiascos across the country.

A rough tally of the ballooning financial plight of the electricity sectors in British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario and Newfoundland quickly runs to more than $50 billion in new debt and imbedded costs for investments that threaten to be money-losing drags on growth and consumers — and the federal government —for years to come.
A rough tally of the ballooning costs in four provinces’ green electricity debacles runs over $50 billion
The looming disasters have two things in common. They are the work of government-controlled and politically manipulated Crown corporations. They are also the product of a deliberate push to produce clean, green and renewable carbon-free electricity. No fossil fuels allowed. Money is no object.

We have more fossil used for electricity in Ontario now then in all of history . We have idling temp. natural gas generators everywhere to stabilize the grid every time a cloud rolls by.

I rather do my craft then work at my long term profession,I try to convince myself to take leave to pursue what I love and want to try

I really like my employment, but I feel a higher calling, and important to note I have deep admiration for women who leave the security of the predictability of life to try something different
My employment is so impeding,I can't even attend the Conservative convention as I still work weekends
Shift work,so all over the map
I would like to information audit full time

Then I was snapped back into reality

There's lots of bragging on this site, loose association s,I will take a chapter from this method to use in my own response, loose association is the order of learning about

Wind farms and carbon sequestration, that's two of the corrosive agents injected into the minds of the proles in the last couple of decades I guess. What are the others? Governments are managed field teams employed by the masters of our little universe. They don't care if we look no further than Ottawa I bet. What we need on this planet is civilization.
Yes I was inocculated with both and more but my religious drinking and cannabis abuse fortified me against permanent damage. Fuk that tax.

I'm getting old but the rebellion still burns in me a bit. I just want to take a stick to them and smash all thier perfect teeth and ruffle up thier hair. Oh the potential trials, these dogs are enemies of humanity, they look like us but they ain't. The bad promotes good, the dark is nothing without light. Viable DNA is found in dynosaur bones, history is bull****, so is evolution. Creation is real, plasmoids rule.

It's all electric, and us little sparks are real.

No taxation without representation. You can tax my cold dead corpse.hahahahahahaha

Lots of those fiascos have cost more. In a lot of cases American companies were contracted only for the contract to go sour, which allowed those Americans to sue our government. Legally through NAFTA...

It is all about holding the reins in Energy, get with the game old thinkers

Subsidizing corporations is how you make Canada great again. Loc's hero Trump agrees.
We once again are making full circles
Of course subsidies can be a good thing in good reciprocal agreements, once again this old word should be let go,so outdated
I like words like long term investments?employment?Good business,recipical agreements,contracts,assessments
This tickle s my vision when thinking of public dollars and private industry
Exciting times for long term strategies

Mean while on the farm,
Things are slow

Does anyone have the #'s on how profitable solar and wind generation has been in Ontario?
Nope, but fear not. Flossie has informed us that wind power has saved Ontario and that's all you need to know. He's not sure how or why, it's just what he's been told to think.
