... and of course you are wrong.

The people of the world are the human rights arbiters. I believe that people want to be free to live there lives as they see fit. That is why most, if given a choice, would prefer the US, Canada, Switzerland or Australia over Libya, China, Iran or Egypt. If I'm wrong (and I'm always willing to accept that possibility) then there must be a reason why Canadians, Americans and Australians are not clamoring to move to North Korea...after all, it's probably a lot cheaper to live there.

Where could you have gotten that information except from the talking heads of the western coalition of death. You're a parrot for them. You believe the wreckers and strippers of the world who murder and starve indiscriminately are at the same time the beacons of human dignity and fairplay. Your delusion is complete. If you looked into the history of North Korea you would perhaps understand why they are as they are. Canadians, Americans and Austrailians are to fat and lazy to move anyplace where they haven't got Wal-Marts and 500 hundred channels of ****.

Stamping your feet or holding your breath isn't much of a debate tactic. If you can't come up with anything substantive to counter my assertion that most of the world would choose to live in Canada over North Korea, the adult thing to do would be to graciously accept that you've had your ass handed to you.

Well I'm Canadian, not fat or lazy, don't shop at Wal-Mart and watch maybe an hour of tv a day besides the news and the odd football game, and I am certainly not interested in moving to North Korea. I think you fall into that description you gave....

An hour a day! Well that explains you. That's fifty-nine minutes longer than your small bit of grey matter can stand, its burned out your neurons Risus:smile:.

The thought of you touching my ass is as repulsive, I think I'll have a shower.

If there were good programs on tv, maybe I'd watch them. Until that happens, my grey matter is thriving, thank you. :p

The vote before the Geneva-based body shows the Stephen Harper government has abandoned a more even-handed approach to the Middle East in favour of unalloyed support of Israel, according to some long-time observers.

The statement Canada voted against was hardly even-handed. It condemned Israel but said nothing of Hamas and the rocket attacks they launched which started this whole thing. Canada did the right thing.

Also, the current UN Human Rights Council is a sham, you currently can't bring a complaint that would make Islam look bad or that would call into question the practices of Sharia law.

In the following transcript, David Littman, making a joint statement for the Association for World Education and the International Humanist and Ethical Union against female genital mutilation (FGM) is continually called on points of order by islamic countries for potentially making Islam look bad.

Hey, something made Islam look bad enough to murder ten million of them in the course of the total destruction of Iraq and Afghanistan. Are you complaining that the slaughter is not fast enough for you?
It dosen't matter how many times you repeat to yourself that Hamas broke the truce it will never be the truth.
