The FACT remains it was Trump that made those claims. the owness of proof is on him. Just like it was up to him to prove that Obama was not a US citizen. The FACT that he makes up stuff like that for some perverse psychological need does factor in as well. He has had some perverse thing about Obama since Obma began his political career. He has a built in bias/ prejudice and fabricates crap to try and diminish Obama.......who has more intelligence and class in his little finger that the buffoon cam even dream of.
