No, as I said before he had no training, the wrong weapon, and ammo, which makes him an unlikely candidate for the conspiracies being floated. But lack of anything, manifesto, YouTube, Facebook, this shooter certainly does raise questions. The Dumbchurian Candidate?

Like I said no trained capable sniper would walk into that situation with his eyes wide closed .
