There are a few places around here that offer a full serve lane, but it isn't the same.
According this article, Gulf is making a comeback to Canada. It's unlikely that things will be as they were, but I have fond memories of buying my car tires from them. Cheapest prices in town.

Yes. The early 70s saw a lot of older brand names swallowed up. B/A, Supertest, and Gulf come to mind. A bit later, Texaco disappeared from Ontario. They were bought out by Esso.

Its called White Rose Filling Station and it sets the tone for what the fifties was like in
the young peoples world I only caught the end of it as a teen around 1959 and 60
I do remember the times back then well we still had the filling station attendants as well
to mid sixties

Doukobor sect planted a few bombs Remember that too
