After Mr. Harper boots her out do you really think he'd have humility to accept her back when she reapplies? The kid's Dad may have a job he has to attend to 5 days a week!

The vast majority of those cases are a situation created by the parents, NOT by the Prime Minister!
Canadians are so innocent. To someone living in a sea of illegal aliens the resolution of this matter is quite clear. The unfortunate lady could do what illegal aliens do in America. She could ignore the legal system, disappear with her children to some other location in Canada and live in the shadows.
My personal opinion of the matter is as follows: I applaud the Canadian Govt. for acting effectively and in the interest of the Canadian people. The unfortunate lady should be deported back to Mexico. She always has the option of moving illegally to California. The child she had with her husband should be transferred to the exclusive custody of the father. He will have to pay for daycare. Big deal. The Canadian born child she had as a result of gang rape should remain in Canada, and be put up for adoption. The father of her other child can apply for adoption.

Reading though the LINK in the O.P.....I wonder:
1) If she moved to Montreal in 2005, & the Fed's didn't accept her
bid for permanent residency until 2008....how did she support
herself? With no sponsor (who'd have a SIN#, and pay her way,
while paying income tax themselves) for that 2-3yr stretch, the
issue of tax evasion would come up for immigration.
2) Since then, with her sponsor/husband separated, how has she
been supporting herself (still with no SIN# as as still doesn't have
permanent residency status) without the ability to pay income tax?
3) If Immigration did grant her request for a stay of deportation, how
would this woman (who says she's financially tapped out) still without
a SIN#, support herself?
Hate to sound too cold here folks, but there's many holes here, and most
of the guesswork at filling in the blanks leads to answers that are more
crimes in Canada regarding this persons income for years without the
ability to pay income tax I'd assume.

Impossible with children here they could never go to school or to the doctor-I know you're clueless to the point of thinking that Canada & the USA are the same country but they aren't, sorry to be the agent of your disillusionment.
Also that's the first Mexican I ever heard named Sheila nor have I ever met a Mexican who could pronounce that name.
Interesting, I know of a lady who has 2 children in BC illegally, they go to public school.. doctor visits, she has private insurance where she works, illegally.. (Pacific BlueCross I think)
She is Mexican and works at a Chinese restaurant & Save-on-Foods.

No I think she does what millions of illegals do in the USA, uses somebody else's Social Security Number, or in Canada Social Insurance Number..
That is why some states like Arizona are pushing for e-Verify to match the name with the number, something Canada does not do..
