They are, Or haven't you been paying attention for the last 30-40 years? Let's look at your "precious" press. They pushed the muslim travel ban narrative like a champ. Which is funny because it only took me all of 10 seconds to verify that there are 50 muslim majority countries on the planet. Yet your precious, trustworthy news media insisted and convinced a LOT of mental midgets that permitting travel from 45 out of 50 muslim majority countries was a horribly racist, xenophobic muslim travel ban.
And do you know WHY it only took me 10 seconds? Because I use the device that provides me access to the sum total of all human knowledge for shit other than porn and propaganda. Funny how the "press" couldn't figure out how many muslim majority countries there are. Or simply couldn't be bothered because it didn't fit the "Trump is a racist xenophobe" narrative they've been pushing since day 1. The MSM's job is to deliver the news, not their interpretation of it. Or, look at how the media treated Kavanaugh over rape allegations compared to their treatment of Biden over the same type of allegations. Funny too how the MSM didn't tell the newer generation of voters and all those "anti-racists" about Biden's long history of racism and helping to write up racist legislation. Yet it was hard to go a day in the last 4 years without some "journalist" or "news" outlet whining about Trump allegedly being a racist. The press has a JOB, which is to bring the news that's important to everyone. It's NOT the job of a so-called free press to be a cog in the left-wing (or right-wing) propaganda machine and to "report" things irresponsibly and ignore things that people SHOULD hear or NEED to know.
According to the former head of NPR, 80% of the news media is left-wing biased. Tell me, where do you get fair, balanced reporting in the MSM when 80% of it is left-wing biased, or worse?
