Yes of course that's true, however you can depend on my adherance to the ideal. Whatever that might be at the time in question. I believe in this country Nova Scotia. You frontier people don't really count owing to your exclusion of ocean frontage.

I have great experiance in sleeping through tedious speeches and can fake interest in thousands of difficult subjects concerning the future of this confederacy if the whisky allotment is maintained constitutionally.

It is only a matter of time before I am appointed.
Yeah. You say that you live in "Nova Scotia" but you actually spend fifty one weeks of the year living in Rockliffe.

I shall pass. I like rubbing shoulders (or at least ankles) with my chickens and fruit trees a lot more than with politicians. That has to do with being better classes of critter.

One of my first reforms will be orchards and chickens. I don't know how anyone could deliberate without those basic necessities.

I could not live in Ottawa. Actually the thought of dwelling in any city sends shivers down my spine.

Yes, there is always that as well. This area of BC has my heart and my mind enrapt.

I lived there briefly as a twentysomething. There were about five young women, there for every young man (due to the heavy feminine aspect of clerical work, back in that day). I quite liked it and there seemed to be a free-bie festival of some sort of other going on every second week, all payed for by the good people of Canada for the consumption of Ottawa locals. If you needed to go to a REAL CITY, Montreal is just an hour and a half down the 417. If you need wilderness, the Canadian Shield is right next door, as Ottawa is basically up in the middle of nowhere.

Montreal is a wonderful city. Spent some time there when my daughter was at Dawson College.

I will visit Ottawa one day. I would like to sit in the gallery and watch our government at work. Have visited four different legislatures over the years.

Been there, done that.

Bring ear plugs.

When you're done and good and frustrated that we pay people the money we do to behave the way they behave at work, take a trip over the bridge to Old Chelsea in PQ
