It sure ain't me but I'll have a closer look when I get home from work.
And you're the only mod here. He may be a bit paranoid. Aren't there drugs for stuff like that?

Dear Moderators,
I am confused as to why you are moderating my words. I have been respectful, and I have been very careful in how I word anything.
I have found that society is being kept from the likes of these type of drugs. The media are afraid to ask the questions and the general public needs to be led to do the research for themselves ..
I believed that these forums were for this purpose. Although you arent alone, as many newspapers, forums, etc are just like you... (Helping the pharmaceutical companies conceal side affects even though they are inside the box)
I would like you to email me so to advise why you feel my posts arent appropriate. Thank you
Forum features don't completely unlock until you hit around the magic number of fifty posts, to prevent the spamming of the forum. If you've got a post missing, it likely auto-moderated due to excessive link posting for a member with so few posts.
I feel for to PN if you're addicted to nicotine. I have been as well. Your best bet is to flush the Chantix and quit cold turkey. I KNOW it will be a MOTHER F*ER! It will. I was there. It is HARD.
Thank you Karrie.. It seems to be fixed!
The only one in Green. Shhhhh! there are undercover mods. And you're the only mod here. He may be a bit paranoid. Aren't there drugs for stuff like that?
I did two weeks on Champix/Chantix. Waking up screaming in horror was something I didn't enjoy. Jesus Christ!
I have Champix right now. Haven't started taking it yet though. I am trying to get my mind convinced I want to quit before I start. Did it work for you or someone you know? Would love to hear more as I really do want to quit but am not sure if I can after 30+ years.
I got pissed off and that was it. It was hell for a week or two. After that i was all proud and went to Dr so it's on file for health insurance people and she pipes up and says " you should have told me, I would have given you benzos which make it really easy". If I had of known that I would have done it years ago.Cold Turkey... as scary as it sounds it is the best way.
Maybe you should try some.Someone is on a crusade........

Dear Political Nick,
Sadly these type of drugs are given for just about anything.. (docs are paid $$$ kickbacks for prescribing them) ..

Now, as to the topic at hand.
Anytime someone starts psychiatric care, it can be very difficult to tell the difference between what the medication did, and what the medication failed to prevent. Historically speaking, well before the existence of SSRI's, one of the leading causes of death for women, is the fathers of their children. Many, many men snap at the prospect of losing their families. And the toddler years are a time of great chaos and upset in families. Nothing about his case sounds unusual.
In condemning antidepressant use, you have to be exceedingly careful, because for every splashy case that you think you can pin a death on their usage., there are even more cases where someone is alive because of them. I've seen plenty of people who can not function without them. And this is coming from someone who was coerced onto them for chronic pain, and suffered a suicidal break due to them.
What you're saying about anti-d's isn't false persay, but it is exaggerated and doesn't apply as broadly as you seem to think it does.

( I have heard many say nicorettes worked for them along with determination)..

Some can handle it others can't.It's just like booze. Some people can drink and laugh and giggle and dance all night while others cry or get violent. This SSRI sh*t is no different.
Excluding only patients whose data was not complete, they examined a set of 338 participants. 150 of them (44%) reported a history of at least one manic switch on a standardized intake form for this major study. Two other important findings: patients who had taken multiple antidepressants were 75% more likely to have a history of switching. Secondly, patients who had switched once were much more likely to switch again when given another antidepressant. Interestingly, in this study, no single antidepressant or class of antidepressants was found to produce a more or less switching than any other. Boelin
Really, and you have proof that Canadian docs get kick backs?
