On the news it is reported that the Americans and Canadians will re-negotiate great lakes water rights.

What do you think?

I think that the guy who drains the Great Lakes will have a hard time finding a place to put the water and besides he'd need a fairly hefty pump to keep it drained.

Man, were's heading into dangerous times here. The US is hinting at building an underwater nuclear weapons facility under its side of the Great Lakes, intends to drain its side and dump all its sewage in it, and give what's left to China. Canada intends to build a wall in the middle to keep water on our side, dump Canada's sewage in it too, sell it off to China, and dump rotten potatoes in it. That'll make for interesting times.

Oh, i forgot to mention, besides the underwater nuclear weapons facility, they intend to build a nuclear-powered waterpump. They can dump it in the Arizona desert. Give it a few days and that desert sand will absorb that water like a sponge and then sprout to life.

This was all planned (and is still being directed) by Bush.

Like he said:

"Our enemies are innovative and resourceful, and so are we. They never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people, and neither do we." —President George W. Bush, Washington, D.C., Aug. 5, 2004

I would like to thank Liberalman for having brought this important and serious issue to our attention, or we would never have known.

Known about what?

The US is hinting at building an underwater nuclear weapons facility under its side of the Great Lakes, intends to drain its side and dump all its sewage in it, and give what's left to China, while dumping all the water into the Arizona Desert. Canada intends to build a wall in the middle to keep water on our side, dump Canada's sewage in it too, sell it off to China, and dump rotten potatoes in it.

Oh, and the US intends to build an nuclear-powered waterpump for the task of draining its side of the lake.
How could we ever have known had Liberalman not brought this all-important issue up.

I'd say Canada has proven smarter overall. Why is the US plannig to give the Great Lakes away? At least Harper is smart enough to suggest selling it. Also, how is the US going to clean the sewage out of its side of the Great Lakes if it takes all the water out? At least on the Canadian side we're leaving the water in so that it could flush it down the Saint Laurence Seaway. Oh I bet Montreal isn't going to like that.

On second thought, this is brilliant. If Quebec wants a say in waht goes on upstream, it's going to need MPs in Parliament. Sovereignty won't be so popular anymore.

They're used to the smell of separatists so it probably won't bother them too much.

But I bet they'll have fewer separatists once they understand the value of having a say in what goes on upstream. You see, I bet this is all a part of a consrvative Master Strategy to promote national unity.

Do you know a way to put rubber pants of the boundary line?

And Cannuck, I lived in Montreal before. Separatists didn't smell any more than federalists. In fact, many were quite friendly and liked soccer too.

Oooooooooh- they may need a fairly hefty pipe too.
