There has also been the concept of "Jesusland" (red states) in the new North American order

There'd obviously be issues with integrating them that would be no small feat.

They'd have to kick it up a notch on the issue of personal hygiene, but that should be easy enough. Hand out a bar of soap with their citizenship papers.

Getting them up to par on education will take some time, but 2-3 yrs of remedial studies will allow them to fit in better

Language training - that will be tough. Basic English is not something spoken in most parts of Massachussets, so we'll have to include speech therapy in our basic health care

Other than that, it'll be a snap.

Too funny...

At least we can spell Massachusetts.

I just love when you try to act intellectually superior and make a fool of yourself each and every time.

I noticed. It isn't really a secret why spoken and written English is taking a header. lol The teachers are lacking on said skills.
I still think he's a pretty good dood, though. :)

Well if he wants to make a point of being smarter than all of us down here you would think he would make the effort to appear more intelligent. The poor troll trips over his own words each and every time.

PLEASE STOP! You're making it worse for yourself!

Are you saying that because you found some web art with incorrect spelling you are exonerated from being incorrect once again?

We will have to find a way to accomodate their outdoor recreational activities though

lol I got that one in my email from an Albertan friend. Good ones get around.

This is my fave Vancouver one:
You know you are in Vancouver when...

Your co-worker tells you he has eight body piercings - none are visible.

You make well over $100,000 and you still can't find a nice place to live.

You think anyone who drives a car to work is decadent but think nothing of driving alone in the carpool lanes.

You keep a list of companies to boycott.

You would never dream of crossing a picket line.

You realize there are far more Rainbow flags in the city than Canadian flags.

The guy who cuts your hair is straight, and your plumber is gay.

Old friends you haven't talked to in years suddenly call, "Do you have a spare bedroom for a weekend?"

You think anyone wearing a Preston Manning haircut is Preston Manning.

You can't remember...is pot still legal?

You go to your office manager's baby shower. The parents are named Judy and Amber.

You have a very strong opinion where your coffee beans are grown, and are willing to get physical about it.

A really great parking spot can move you to tears.

A man walks on Robson in full leather regalia and crotchless chaps.
You don't notice.

You curse those damn tourists - but always stop to help a cute person who is looking puzzled at a city map.

Your child's 3rd grade teacher has a nose ring and is named "Breeze".

You are thinking of taking an adult education class, but you can't decide between a Yoga, Channeling, or Building Your Web Site class.

Your new neighbours go to temple, but you are still not sure if they're Jewish or Buddhist.

You own an expensive Gore-Tex mountaineering jacket and wear it 90% of the time.

You run the risk of being trampled by all the running clubs out at 8am on Sunday morning.

Your choices for vegetarian food aren't limited to the salad bar at Bonanza.

Well lets see take a trip back to Salt Lake City 2002 Winter Olympics...

USA- 34
Canada- 17

That year at your best was only half as good as the USA!

Our population is 1/10th that of the States. That means our per capita wins are far ahead of you. In this example 5 times as many.
