How can anyone fukk up leading Alberta?

You can basically go into auto pilot more and just let the industry take care of itself.

Oh, unless you decide to waste tax money on yourself, which fiscal conservative politicians just love to do for some reason.

Yeah like only one of those parties has ever been guilty of obfuscation and stupidity. Grow up and stop emulating our neighbour to the south with that Lib/Con silliness.


ALL parties are only as good as the people leading them. NONE have led with any great degree of moral or intellectual integrity in the last 30 years or so.


Elections aren't about the platform anymore as those are only the lies told to you to get elected. Conservatives have proven to be as good at this as any.

Wonder if we just try and choose the best of the worst and still get screwed..........seems like.

I think they were laying for her, and she made a big mistake by not paying back the expenses ASAP, without prompting. But then, if her cock-us was displeased, wouldn't have mattered what she did. Down the road they would have got her.............maybe.

An issue that has been on the radar here is that Alison won't play nice with the members of her Party and in her gvt... I believe that one of the Ministerial portfolios has seen 4 different Ministers in the last 2 1/2 years.

I can't speak to the reasons for this, but to me, it screams that Redford was canning people left and right, possibly because they tried to think for themselves... Something in this suggests that Redford was trying to run everything on her own ideas and totally ignored her Cabinet and Ministers... The misuse of the taxpayer funds and her refusal to admit wrongdoing and apologize was likely the icing on the cake

All speculation of course, but there is more to this than spending that money to go to a funeral
