Funny enough, an aboriginal in Oz only had to work about two hours a day to support their trad lifestyle, BW
(Before Whitey...)
The women did all the real work, there were no taxes, and NO LAWYERs
Then along comes whitey and says " we gotts a better system..."

They are replaceable, so obviously, they arn't that great.

I have 5 jobs, I would walk out on a dumb **** employer the second he mistreated me, and they know it. And this is why they treat me like a King.

If you make yourself irreplaceable with the knowledge and skill you own, They will treat you like gold.
what the hell, lol. why would you even need 5 jobs if you had irreplaceable skills. you're talking nonsense.

It's a head office Corduroy. It's not fu€king rocket science.

It says oil/residential on the white board. Doesn't take a light bulb to figure out its a fu€King construction company head office

I've been doing construction for 20 years. So I know exactly what they do.
what the hell do you do in construction that's so irreplaceable? you're not likely even an engineer. by 5 jobs do you mean you can operate various other heavy machinery? those are far from irreplaceable skills.

Far as I know there is only one irreplaceable skill in const.
Getting the job done properly on time, and on budget,
straight square level and plumb

when the boss ain't there to hold yer hand

Though finding a boat driver who can hammer nails, drive a bobcat, or a backhoe, up treed cliff faces, and knows where the 30 million rocks are in the thirty thousand islands may be a close second

showing up mondays and fridays might come in third

It's not even possible for the slightest intelligent thought from anyone here is there, pathetic drooling mongrels.

****ing useless reactionaries permanently stuck on the wrong side of history.

You are looking in a mirror again.

oH NO, those horrible gulags. they were almost as bad as the modern American prison system!

Were you born retarded or do you work at it?

what the hell, lol. why would you even need 5 jobs if you had irreplaceable skills. you're talking nonsense.

Proving heavy equipment operation is another on the long list of things you know nothing about.

Company and employee loyalty doesn't matter anymore. Keeping good people regardless of position doesn't matter anymore.

Everyone is expendable.

Yes, if you're working, you are lucky, damn lucky.

But rubbing it into the faces of workers does nothing to inspire the workers to do much for a company in return. Why SHOULD anyone give it their all when they've been basically told 'you're worthless, easily replaceable'?

It's funny how even though everyone says it was easy no one dose it anymore.

Must be because it was damn hard and reduced your life expectancy by half or even more

Boy your stupid Dan

Everyone is "replaceable". Including you. Those that think otherwise, like yourself, are fooling only themselves and setting themselves up for a big surprise and let down.

Just finished a few kitchens for bryan baeumler.
When your a angel with the wood like I am, things are at a higher level then you simple folks.

yeah, you are high all right
Re Baumler:
AS I recall Baumler prefers prefabed cabinitry...

yeah, his cottage is right in my old back yard just past where the creek comes out
(on the Moon, as its known)
did he build all those million dollar cottages around his little shack?
no, only his own
we built the rest...
he don't know dick about barging, and I doubt he could do what we do with a skidsteer...
or a 'Hoe
( he is at the end of one of the only roads, which is where we start from...
an amateur, as the locals consider him, and man did he mess up the road in too with his trucks
...ooopsie... sure screwed it up for Tailrotor's snowplow)

and that life expectancy gag has been shown to be a MYTH
no one does it much anymore because YT has fkd up the landscape SO bad

BTW
we used to cut mill barge and build
So I know something about it

and calling me stupid?
Maybe you applied some arbourite tops or cocked the backsplashes
But as we like to say
If you want your offspring to have a job raise your puppies to not be like you

so much for name dropping eh?

Your still a small time compared to me.

Here's the Alex Trabek Alumni Hall I made.

I'm close to Godly, you guys are the table scraps. I have work lined up for the next 15 years already scheduled.

When they need a master, to install 100 000$ doors at the parliament. They call people like me.

When they need to refurbish 250 year old church doors they call people like me. Not fu€King hacks like you guys.

they call people like you
like you in what way?

Nothing in that picture is especially high class
its all standard stuff
basic prefab home depot install package dropped off on the lawn

you don't get it
WE do the whole thing from dig the whole to paint the peak

and buddy the name dropping?
not in the league I have worked for and get invited over to play guitar with

and now I suppose you are going to keep this slide you are on going for ever
but I'll defer to the opinion of the previous couple of posters on this one

Yep, your definitely a hack

Everything you see in that picture is made out of top prim cedar. Stuff so nice hacks like you never even come close to touching it ;)

Heritage grade.

http://www.menards.com/main/building-materials/posts-columns/wood-columns/c-5726.htm?page=2
My bicycle before its ebike mod cost quite a bit more...

In our part of the world people my age cut our teeth on building cedar strip boats
which is another thing about craftsmanship you have no clue about

carry on
I'm board
