Ron - If you are going to do it again this winter, start eating more in Sept and Oct and pack a few extra pounds on. It makes a huge difference to have some extra fat going into the winter. After years and years of working outdoors in winter, I find myself craving rich and fat foods come Sept. You'll have less muscles aches come the end of the day and you'll be able to keep warm much more consistantly.
