I really don't see any logic in voting for Harper or conservatives in general. Just about all their policies set our country back and not move it forward. Lots of his policies remind me of bully tactics and make Canadians suffer more. It takes knowledge (education) to stop wrong not stricter punishments that create more suffering and in turn teaches them to make others suffer even more. Its their suffering that drove them to do the wrongs in the first place. Making them suffer more will drive them to make others suffer more. We need to stop their suffering, not make it worse.

Good post the Conservatives are the most intolerant political ideology on the face of the earth……………The are closet bigots, they are snobs, they walk around pretending their sh!t don’t smell, and a Conservative politician is equal to a vampire……………..

Whats up with the lack of support for the Arts. This is a perfect example of how a Harper majority would harm Canada. Is he trying to take away our culture and identity. How much damage does he have to do before people see it. Not to mention more jobs would be lost.

Au contraire,

Actually a Liberal minority led by Dion would instantly cause the planet Earth
to explode into a giant flaming gasbag.

Famous scientists have proven this to be undesputably true.

All I ask is that you think twice while in the polling booth.

lone wolf, in a democracy all we really have to go on is what a leader says. Weather they keep their promises or not. We can to a certain extent go by past performances of the different parties but those are no guarantees that they will keep their promises either. So I think we need to at least consider their intent as a guide line when casting our votes.

I would rather be in the poor house then in the slaughter house. Not that I know for sure either one will be the consequences of either party getting into power.

So your saying you know what they lie about and what they are telling the truth about? What else do we have to base our vote on but the words they speak?

In what way would it have to be said for it to be clear to you? Words make as many lies as they do truths - more so when there's something at stake. What they lie about? Not so easy. When they're lying? Harpers' eyes click back and forth faster than a Richard Nixon watch.

Don’t let Harper perform hypnosis on you my friend…..

Unfortunately that is how the Conservative brand works…..Arts and culture is the foundation of a Country, but the truth is Harper hates gays, and that is the reason why he thinks arts and culture should be in the verge of extinction….If arts and culture consisted of military men only then he would have been a genuine giver….……….

LOL, what an idiotic statement. The carbon tax will increase the cost of goods and food, resulting in the 'common man' paying more out of his pocket. Then there are the other taxes....

lone wolf, to be honest I don't trust the leaders of the most popular parties. But I listen to what they say and often I see things I don't believe, especially when I listen to Harper. I honestly believe anyone but conservative would be better for our country. I believe in the lessor evil is always the better policy. My first pick would be the Green Party and that is the party I will vote for, but if it was a close race between conservatives and another party I would definitely vote for the other party. I know the suffering the conservative party creates for the citizens of this country, I have experienced it first hand. I also see the suffering their proposed promises will bring to our country too. So in good conscious I can not vote for the conservatives.

For those who feel a liberal government will cost us more in taxes, consider this. Money is not the most important thing in this world. Its much more important to stop the pollution, stop damaging our country and world as much as we can. The future of our world could very well be at stake here. Why is a small portion of your money more important then our future, more important then our planet. There may not be a planet for the next generations if we don't change our ways, whats a few bucks compared to that. Nothing, its peanuts and will not put us into the poor house, not even close.

I look at the image you choose to use in this forum and it compels me to give you some advice.

Those who live by the sword, die by the sword.

Calling people names is a bully tactic. Which is not very honorable.

How much taxes will it cost us in the future if we don't start to take action now. The longer we wait to do something about it the harder it will be stop it. If we wait to long to take action it might be to late. I think the cost is acceptable. I believe if we act now we it will cost us much less in the long run.

Well, if you want to pay my share of the extra liberal taxes and cost of goods due to the carbon tax, be my guest.

No bully tactic, just the truth. Look at what he posts...
