The public can formulate an opinion but with the help of the media they can find out the whole story rather the spin of the organization

Media would seem to include anything that is published. News outlets are not the whole of the media.
That is the same media that says they are under no obligation to tell people the truth. Trust them to your dieing breath, I prefer to leave it at they are the headline and the entire media on any subject takes more on the subject.

I'm sure I have no idea of what really happened that day. Here are the questions raised by the website above. Even I can guess at some of the answers in a way that it doesn't imply a conspiracy.

We want truthful answers to questions such as:

1. Why were standard operating procedures for dealing with hijacked airliners not followed that day? As far as I know they were followed. Standard operating procedure during a hijacking used to be let the planes fly, wait for them to land and then try to keep them on the ground as long as possible while formulating a plan to defuse the situation.
2. Why were the extensive missile batteries and air defenses reportedly deployed around the Pentagon not activated during the attack? The decision to shoot down a civilian airliner probably couldn't be made by the battery commander. That may have changed since 9/11.
3. Why did the Secret Service allow Bush to complete his elementary school visit, apparently unconcerned about his safety or that of the schoolchildren? Most likely his handlers needed time to formulate an action plan and ready his plane. At the time, they probably didn't know the scope of the attack or if indeed it was a terrorist attack. It wasn't until the second plane hit that the scale of attack was apparent.
   
4. Why hasn't a single person been fired, penalized, or reprimanded for the gross incompetence we witnessed that day? I'm sure some heads rolled. But we'll never know. I think the question really means why wasn't someone made a scapegoat and thrown to the wolves. Good question, but it doesn't mean the government was complicit. It could be that the decision was not to add to the post 9/11 confusion by firing people and bringing in new people.
5. Why haven't authorities in the U.S. and abroad published the results of multiple investigations into trading that strongly suggested foreknowledge of specific details of the 9/11 attacks, resulting in tens of millions of dollars of traceable gains? I imagine terrorist threats against the US are common. If authorities shut down cities every time someone threatened an attack, nothing would get done. The fact that 9/11 turned out to be the real thing is hindsight. What was reasonable on 9/10 changed the next day.
   
6. Why has Sibel Edmonds, a former FBI translator who claims to have knowledge of advance warnings, been publicly silenced with a gag order requested by Attorney General Ashcroft and granted by a Bush-appointed judge? Lots of people have probably had advanced warnings of attacks that never happened. Also what would be the point of revealing intel sources after the fact? You'd think those sources would be protected, rather than revealed.
   
7. How could Flight 77, which reportedly hit the Pentagon, have flown back towards Washington D.C. for 40 minutes without being detected by the FAA's radar or the even superior radar possessed by the US military? I'm sure it was detected along with hundreds of other flights. But the problem probably was a lack of communication. Civilian authorities suspected that plane was hijacked, but didn't know for sure. It could have been a communication failure. Who would have the balls to shoot down a plane because of no communication? Don't forget when the order came to clear the skies, every plane in the sky suddenly had a new flight plan. I'm sure ATC became overwhelmed and confused. A silent plane could easily slip though the cracks. Hopefully we are better prepared now.
8. How were the FBI and CIA able to release the names and photos of the alleged hijackers within hours, as well as to visit houses, restaurants, and flight schools they were known to frequent? Allegedly passengers using airphones were able to communicate the seat numbers of the alleged hijackers. That combined with passenger manifest information would lead quickly to a trail leading to their identities. After that its a simple matter of calling up their credit cards, phone bills, internet activities....
   
9. What happened to the over 20 documented warnings given our government by 14 foreign intelligence agencies or heads of state? Is that all there were? I'm sure the US gets warnings daily about attacks, most of which don't happen.
10. Why did the Bush administration cover up the fact that the head of the Pakistani intelligence agency was in Washington the week of 9/11 and reportedly had $100,000 wired to Mohamed Atta, considered the ringleader of the hijackers? Is this a fact or an allegation?
    
11. Why did the 911 Commission fail to address most of the questions posed by the families of the victims, in addition to almost all of the questions posed here? Well if they are like the questions above, they may answers conspiracy theorists don't like.
    
12. Why was Philip Zelikow chosen to be the Executive Director of the ostensibly independent 911 Commission although he had co-authored a book with Condoleezza Rice? I suspect a lot of cover your ass action took place post 9/11. I have no doubt that soon after 9/11 the focus shifted finding out what happened to exploiting the event to further people's agenda's, like the Iraq war.

Like I said, I don't know what happened on 9/11. Many official facts don't add up. Its possible some people in the American government and so called allied governments had foreknowledge of the event and did nothing to stop it as they believed it would help their agenda. But I doubt the operation was planned by the Bush administration or by Israel. However, 9/11 gave members of PNAC their "Pearl harbour like event" and Americans were easily manipulated into supporting an unprovoked war with Iraq. Israel got a free hand to do what ever they wanted to Palestinians.... and so on. The 9/11 attack created many opportunities for people supposedly on the side of the American people. Ultimately its up to the American people to get answers and hold people accountable.

I still wonder why the families of the hijackers were never questioned and instead allowed to leave the US. Since most of the hijackers came from Saudi Arabia, why wasn't this country held more accountable? ....and so on...

Many unanswered questions exist and I find the official version of events to be unlikely.

Rarely. Newsmedia these days hardly digs into an issue in its entirety. They cherrypick what they research in order to be able to sensationalize a story. It sells better.

Concerning facts: facts are simply facts. It is the hypotheses that people using the facts come up with that can be really weird.
