Precedent has not been set. Not at all. I am basing this on Manning dumping quite a bit of confidential info onto Wikileaks. If the alligations are true... I am saying life behind bars. I'll add if he had absolutely NOTHING to do with it then he should walk.

In answer to your question... I would bet that the Libby Case will have no bearing on the Manning Case. Since precedence is a legal decision to use as a guide on similiar cases.
