So then answer my question of what you are the basis your decisiion of life in prison on when it is your justice system that has set precident? You say you can't comment on Clint, Libby et al because " you don't know the details" but sure as **** can make a decision on Manning WITHOUT the details?

And you saying I'm ****ing with goal posts?

Better call the Plumbers!

Well you're making a statement that we caved into the UN because you would love that to happen. That is the only reason.

I'm talking about the administration, not the entire defense personnel. Don't take it personally.

And it's not because I would love that to happen. There's no other explanation.

I'm open to alternative suggestions.

Lol... see the difference?

You can't even admit it. You WON'T admit it when it is right there! RIGHT THERE.

Precedent has not been set. Not at all. I am basing this on Manning dumping quite a bit of confidential info onto Wikileaks. If the alligations are true... I am saying life behind bars. I'll add if he had absolutely NOTHING to do with it then he should walk.

So... was your claim of me stating that I am an authority on this case false? When you said you didn't make that claim... was that false as well? C'mon... you can do it!

Do you think this might have had something to do with it?

295 American legal scholars signed a letter in April 2011 saying the conditions amounted to a violation of the U.S. constitution.[3]

Maybe.

But I'll need documentation proving that was the reason. ;)

I would not doubt his lawyer's involvement and the legal community as well as the U.N. played some factor in this.

Yes it has. You can't get around your justice system and how it works. 30 months, $250K and 400 hours labour.

You can't dispute that.

Still having trouble aren't you...

Where you false in your claim stating that I claimed to be an authority on the Manning case? Where you false stating that you never said that?

In answer to your question... I would bet that the Libby Case will have no bearing on the Manning Case. Since precedence is a legal decision to use as a guide on similiar cases.

Maybe.

But I'll need documentation proving that was the reason. ;)

Well well well. ;)

EagelSmack - For a guy who won't comment on guilty as **** Presidents and their staff because you say you doesn't know enough about the situations.
How can a puppet be guilty of anything? If I have a sock puppet on my hand that is holding a gun and I shoot someone, do I get off Scott free while the sock go to the clink?

If you are the criminal, and the sock is a law abiding gun owner, then YES :)
