First thing to do would be get rid of idiots who think like Serryah and put these stupid notions in kids' heads in the first place.

Kids aren't being told this shit, they are SAYING this because that is who they are.

Kids can't do "life changing, irreversible" decisions. Under sixteen they can ONLY do social transitions - name, clothes, pronouns. THOSE are not irreversible. Even if they take blockers, those are not irreversible, else kids who aren't trans who use blockers wouldn't be using them for thirty fucking plus years.

After sixteen, if they are in absolute need, they can get the cosmetic surgery (top surgery), or any other, like other sixteen year olds can.

At 18, THEN they can do bottom surgeries, but in order to do that you STILL need doctors - family, psych and a therapist - to sign off on it, AND you're on a wait list for years.
