If my significant other felt that she needed to terminate a pregnancy, I would back her fully in her decision. I am her spouse, not her owner and she is a human being, not an animal to be bred at my discretion. The situation would not occur because she is my significant other and not my property.

Any wonder why Steven Harper had to surpress the Hillbilly hicks on his caucus who insisted on re-opening the abortion debate? It is a political lose-lose as neither side is ever going to budge an inch. Pro-abortion is the majority stance and it will stay that way. We're about to see a minority down in the US force their point of view on the rest of the country via entities like Kavanaugh. Democracies don't do that to their majorities but that particular nation appears to be a failing democracy, at present.

OLIVE BRANCH, Miss. — A hospital in Tennessee has fired a worker who was photographed wearing a racist shirt while voting in Mississippi.
News outlets report that Regional One Health in Memphis says its investigation into the image shared online led to the man being fired. A picture of the man shows him at a polling place wearing a shirt that has a Confederate flag with a noose in the centre and the words “Mississippi Justice.”
The hospital’s statement didn’t identify the man, but he has been identified online as a registered nurse, Clayton John Hickey.
Hickey is a former Memphis police officer who resigned in 2010 when found with a 17-year-old girl and open containers of alcohol in his car. News outlets say attempts to contact him have been unsuccessful.
