I have forgone the libations and opted for a nice big bowl of some amazing blonde hash.
Quite the turn-around for BG in this game. The first half was a testing ground but he answered a lot of questions correctly in the second. I expect to see Mark Trestman keep him as starter after his much improved performance in this game.
I'm going all out for this one and enjoying some of both - my pipe is ever at the ready. :smile:

RBs flagged for 10 yards on a IC call gifting the D to the Argos
Argos across midfield with 1:12 left
Argos get their 3rd 1rst D and are at the RBs 45
:45 Argos 2nd and inches at the 35 but BG gets tackled for a loss
:29 3rd and 7 ..........RBs taking time-out............Trestman is challenging that BG was down not down by contact but the play was already under review and the ruling puts the Argos at 3 and inches
Officials change time clock to :33 seconds
Even for the Riders, I'm not leaving this one until I see what happens on this next play.
Franklin in for BG and he gets inside the 35 for the first D..................back in comes BG........Noel inside the 23......:18 left...........BG misses his receiver Noel by quite a bit.......2nd and 10 with but 9 seconds left between glory and defeat.

I agree with Rod......this final :30 has taken an eternity and there is a minute left on the clock still.....enough already. Okay off to the Rider's game................what a great second half of CFL football.........well done Argos!

I was really looking forward to seeing Duron back on offense.......hope he has a better second half.
One would, TM.........I watched that play develop and couldn't help wondering why Jones didn't have so much as one man keeping an eye on Mike.....not one that was close enough to stop him. He's been referred to as 'Slippery Mike' for good reason - one would think he'd already be well apprised of Mike's tendency to run with the ball.
Only 3 points behind the Esks at the half, yeah I'll take it going into the half. Be nice to see more action though. This 2 and out business gets a bit old after awhile.
Not at all disappointed in what I've seen of Zack so far in the game.
