Trump has made a vow to replace the bald eagle as the symbol of American freedom.

It will be replaced by the comb over eagle.

I just can’t believe how hard he is pushing the TPP and don’t understand why he is doing so.

Hillary Clinton supports it but has to run against it, so Obama is trying to push it through so Clinton doesn't have to if she's elected president.

'On a street in Ohio' is literally the definition of isolated.

I think that's "highway in Nebraska."

Too late for that, the choice has already been made to choose between two Devils, you can only choose one between the two.

And yet somehow I've managed to not support either.

That's good news for Trump. His path to victory is rather narrow, he needs to take 2 of 3 of Ohio, Pennsylvania, Florida and 3 of 4 of the Rust Belt.. Wisconsin Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania. Polls seem to be saying its too close to call.

Trump's in good shape in the South East Conference.. could sweep Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia... he's bound to get 2 of 3 of Arizona, Nevada, Colorado. He'll likely get Iowa, New Hampshire and maybe Maine.

I just don't believe in the context that all is going on in the electoral revolt of the last year that Hillary Clinton.. the most conventional proponent of the failed policies the last 40 years of Free Trade, Globalization, racial fragmentation, AGW, culture of death of feminisn and homosexuality.. will win.

The politics of Nixon, Reagan, Bush (x2), Clinton, Obama have put America and West in an economic and cultural tailspin. Trump alone offers the prospect of a change of direction.

And that's why YOU'RE THE PROBLEM, dammit!

It just makes me so mad when lazy non-citizens can't be bothered to get off their butts and not go to the polls and not vote!

I guess when Canadians talk about who they support, they mean hypothetically if we could vote. If I was an American, I would not vote for either candidate. Though I might reconsider if I lived in a swing state.

The biggest problem I have is I like to vote for honest, effective politicians and more often than not there's none available in my riding. As far as the U.S. is concerned they don't have a candidate that suits me at all. Just one that is not quite as sleazy as the other! :) :)

Sounds like your real problem is the political system and yet you still feel your only choices are voting for establishment politicians. You're making you own problem.

Nah, the real problem is JLM can't vote for any politician in the U.S., honest, effective, or otherwise.

I gotta explain this to so many Canadians. Don't speak real well for your education system.

He was also talking about Canadian elections. Where I live we tend to get 4 or 5 choices:

Liberal, Conservative, NDP, Green and the Wild Card depending on the breed of your local loons.

Where's that fookin Ralph Nader when you need him that crazy guy would make a hell of a president. Only one thing that troubles me is he showed very little sense of humor on the Dean Martin Roasts.

Isn't young Ralph getting a little long in the tooth?

Northern Ontario,
Our interest in American politics, even though we have no says in it, is the same interest we'd have if an elephant lived next door.
Although if we stretch the symbolism a bit, I would rather have an elephant than a donkey next door...especially one that has a jackass following!
