Police: Trump Ordered Us To Remove Peaceful Black Students From His Rally

Police: Trump Ordered Us To Remove Peaceful Black Students From His Rally

By Omar Rivero
Posted on March 04 2016

Donald Trump rallies have lost their mystique. We have come to know what to expect – audience-baiting hatred, xenophobia, racism, and violence toward any minority, especially those of color who choose to attend his rallies. We cannot ignore the stark reality that a man seeking to be president of the United States foments hatred and violence toward black Americans at rallies held across the country. True to form, this week Trump had a group of black college students, who say they were standing silently at the top of the bleachers planning a silent protest, removed from his campaign rally in Georgia.

Talking Points Memo reports that “about 30 students had planned to sit in silent protest during the rally on the Valdosta State University campus, but police said they were directed to remove them at the specific request of a Trump staffer.” There was initially some confusion as to who initiated the students’ removal, as they claimed federal agents led them out of the building. However, the Secret Service denies being involved. Captain Stryde Jones of the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office told MSNBC that “a member of the [Trump] event staff approached a member of our agency and requested that the group be asked to leave.” Jones’s statement was confirmed by Valdosta Police Chief Brian Childress, who says he personally spoke with Trump staff members and law enforcement officers helping with security, and it was Trump’s staff who initiated the action. “I spoke to a Trump staffer, whose name I do not have, she told us that they needed to leave. Not only did I talk to a Trump staffer, so did the University police, and we were told over the radio by the Sheriff’s office that Trump staff wanted them out.”

Cue the spin doctors. Trump campaign spokeswoman Hope Hicks said: “the campaign had no knowledge of the incident until after reading these false reports.” Trump himself, took a slightly different tack – he did not deny the incident. “I had nothing to do with it!” he said. So it appears these students were removed at the behest of the Trump campaign – for allegedly “shouting profanity” – which the campaign denies any knowledge of, and for which Donald Trump denies any involvement.

In any case, Trump staff said “the F-bomb is one word that was used. You can’t be in there using profanity. That violates Georgia law.” This coming from a presidential candidate who builds his campaign rallies upon the belief systems of white supremacist groups. And who, during a recent CNN interview, refused to disavow former Ku Klux Klan grand wizard David Duke. He pinned his reluctance to disavow Duke on CNN on “a bad earpiece…I could hardly hear what he's saying.” Trump’s display of concern for alleged profanity stands in stark contrast to his own comments last night, witnessed during a nationally televised presidential debate, in which he defended his ***** size. This is the same man who bragged about his coveted endorsement from Vladimir Putin, the world’s worst strongman, and a fascist.

The Republican front-runner for president enjoys the support of a broad coalition of racists, from Duke to Paul LePage, Maine governor. Trump cares nothing about the First Amendment to the Constitution, which gives people the right to attend his rallies even if they don’t agree with him. His views are inexorably entwined with a fascist authoritarian view of the world. This is the man who would be our next president.

Fox reported later on that Trump did renounce David Duke and the KKK.
Still waiting for Cruz I see .

Just heard on the radio that Trump could be good for domestic matters, but has the potential of being a disaster on foreign matters! Think twice before voting. Too bad there isn't a better alternative!

I don't get a vote , but am sure that there is a 100 % chance that Gopher is voting for whomever is the democratic nominee .

Citizenship and Immigration Canada’s website saw a spike in U.S. traffic as primary election results rolled in on Super Tuesday, according to data obtained by CTV News.

More than 15,000 webpage sessions were recorded from American internet providers between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. Tuesday, with nearly 68,000 that day.

That compares to about 4,400 between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m., and 48,000 throughout the day, one week earlier on Tuesday, Feb. 23.

Around 8 p.m. ET on Super Tuesday, when voting results were trickling in, 3,191 Americans clicked on the CIC website. You can see it in the chart above.

After 9 p.m., as networks declared Donald Trump the winner in five states, traffic from the U.S. reached 4,890 visits.

In the 10 p.m. hour, as Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton delivered their victory speeches, the number of American visitors surged to a high of 10,287.

Traffic was still high in the following hour at 7,168 visits.

Overall, more than 26,000 people using U.S. IP addresses visited the website in a four-hour window over Super Tuesday, which is far above average.

Although Americans often joke on social media about moving to Canada if someone they despise wins the U.S. presidency, the numbers suggest at least some may be serious about moving.

Twitter was flooded Tuesday with Americans saying they were so concerned that Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton will take the White House that they declared their plans to “move to Canada.”

Google also saw a spike in searches for “moving to Canada” on March 1st, with even more on Wednesday, March 2nd.

If Trump takes Florida, I guess all bets are off.

My advise to him would be "look at the man not the party". I'm just mulling over a new thread on that very topic, but I have to make a run to the dump first before it closes!

From what little I've watched of the whole charade I've come to the conclusion that Bernie Sanders deserves to be President based on his deportment and ability to act like a normal human being. Cruz would be acceptable too, if he wasn't such a Bible thumper! The two main ones are a pair of lunatics!

I never watch debates. one thing that is like fingernails across the chalkboard to me is when two or more people are talking at the same time I can't stand it.

I vote my conscience ...

Vito Marcantonio ~ a true patriot

I vote for anyone who support the patriotic FDR agenda regardless of party affiliation.

Still, though, I have to chuckle at the thought of these Canadians paying far more attention to American politics than concerning themselves over what happens in their own backyards.

My aunt loved FDR. She was a child of the depression and always was a fan of the man.

Perhaps something to do with the perception (in some people's minds) that we are just a satellite of the U.S.! :)

DaSleeper,

And he pretends to be neutral
And Blames Bush for everything !

I'll gladly vote for any Republican if they are patriotic.

Funny, though, how you never troubled Wally for always blaming Obama. ;)

That must be what they are thinking.

The Canadian currency is far weaker than the US dollar, the unemployment is higher, more young adults are moving back home to live with their parents ~ all this and Canadians are preoccupied with what goes on here.

But we know the real answer - BLAME OBAMA!

HAHAHAHA!!! You mean like you did when it came to the issue of a new SC justice in the final year of a president's term or in your mind clouded analysis about my views on wind power. I'm still laughing at you for both FAILS.

I am sorry you could not follow along in that thread and understand what people were talking about.

I am sorry you were not able to grasp what everyone was trying to say and you allegiance to all things liberal and Democrat has fogged in any sense of rational thought.

We all tried to explain things to you but I think you are just too far gone to offer anything but...

BLAME BUSH!

BLAME OBAMA!

BROKEN RECORD!

COME BACK OCEAN BREEZE I NEED YOU!

I watched some of the Democratic Debate in Michigan and Hillary's cheap shot at Bernie about not supporting the Auto Industry bailout competely confirmed my opinion that she represents the absolute status quo of Global Free Market Capitalism.

Her husband, Bill Clinton, was the most radical of all the Presidential Free Marketeers, pushing through NAFTA over the opposition of his own party.. and the massive deregulation of Wall Street Banks and markets in the last year of his Presidency, completey reversing all of the regulations of Roosevelt's New Deal had installed in Great Depression.. that led directly to the Financial and Housing collapse of 2008.

Hillary's shot at Bernie ignored the fact that Sanders had pressed for a Auto Industry bailout, in conjunction with trade protection for American workers in the immediate aftermath of the onset of the Great Recession.

The Republican and Democratic establishment instead put the Auto Bailout as an adjunct of TARP (Trouble Asset Relief Program). the Wall Street Bank and Billionaire bailout of $430 Billion of which $17 Billion (3.9%) was allocated the Auto industry. That's why Sanders voted against it.

That said if Bernie can't prevail against an incompetent @$$hole and liar like Hillary in Michigan, with its post apocalyptic landscape in Detroit, it's poisonous water utility in Flint, its abandoned auto plants, its rusting foundries, its crumbling roads... all the result of Global Free Markets and Monetarism.. then his campaign is over. The last person out of Michigan can turn out the lights.

Increasingly I'm looking at the primaries like an Easter dinner:

Hillary is the spinster aunt who keeps giving you disapproving looks because your elbows are on the table;

Bernie is the fun grandfather who teaches you how to flick peas with a teaspoon.

Donald is the drunk uncle who keeps calling your mother a ****ing *****;

Ted is the creepy cousin who just got out of jail and wants to sit next to your nine-year old sister;

Marco is the intense guy who lives in the basement who insists on saying grace before every course.

And for the supporting cast...

John (Kasich) is the guy nobody knows but everybody's too polite to ask him who he is.

Chris (Christie) is the poodle who keeps pissing himself whenever uncle Donald looks at him. - Jim Conley
