Greta is just a passenger not the key feature.
No…she was there for PR and propaganda, so like the sideshows from the circus in days gone by. Willingly or not, knowingly or not, she’s played her role and it’s over. Now she’s cargo.
They’ve ditched her to the back of the bus flotilla. She’s not even useful anymore, so just deadweight. Count the number of times you see her (or hear her mentioned) in the PR vid’s now.
(YouTube & Global Sumud Flotilla more than halfway to Gaza)

Blow your focus off of Greta. It doesn't look good on you.
I can appreciate the ironic humour involved with whatever this self-aggrandizing enviro-wingnut latches onto. Regardless of the topic, I’d still probably be laughing at it if it involved her in all honesty.

Now don’t let that stop you from being a fanboy just because I’m laughing at her regardless of the topic, etc…😉
Now wasn’t that fun to read? It was fun to make. Stress relief. Maybe this needs its own thread too? In the Fun & Jokes section? Maybe titled “Autism Flotilla”? Maybe that’s a bit to much & too late now?

Anyway, much less humorous, and on the subject of civilian casualties, etc…

Deserves two threads.....

Genocide fast tracked Palestine. Complain to the ICJ 4 (Netanyahu, Smotrich, Ben-Gvir and Gallant)

Maybe just maybe and I'll use an analogy for this.... Israel got caught smoking so daddy Trump enabled them to smoke the entire pack in one sitting. They got dirty sick and now pay the price. Appeased Israeli Zionists and the Christian Zionist who are now puking on the floor and crying cuz they missed the school bus on fieldtrip day.

He walks away still President from their money and their votes.

If there were "social media" in Europe in 1943-45 would there have been attempts to stymie the Holocaust?

Will this trigger the Workers’ Sumud into shutting down logistics in Europe embargoing Israel?

Unions Stand with the Global Sumud Flotilla

PSI joins the ITUC in expressing our deep concern over potential attacks by the Israeli government against the Global Sumud Flotilla.

Sept 23 2025

The Flotilla set sail from Barcelona at the beginning of the month to deliver aid to Gaza, following a training workshop held at the International Brigades Hall of the UGT (a PSI member).

Dozens of healthcare workers, humanitarian personnel, activists and trade unionists are on board the boats of the Flotilla and many PSI member unions including CGIL-FP, CCOO and UGT are providing support.

Meanwhile our members from the Gaza Healthcare Workers Union have called on unions around the world to build pressure on Israel to stop the war and allow the delivery of urgent medical supplies needed to save lives.

PSI has prepared a database of corporations with links to the 'economy of occupation.' Unions can review the list to identify corporations based or operating in their country, assess any involvement with government contracts, collective bargaining, public subsidies, concessions, royalties or pension fund investments and determine further action.

PSI will continue to monitor this situation closely and stand against any aggression by the Israeli government against the Flotilla and its participants.

Italy and Spain have sent warships to guess where?

Go Goyim Go
Are you talking about the Greta Sumud Flotilla again?

(I wonder if those boats each have their portion of their 10 Tonnes of aid each on board?)

A ship from the Spanish Navy will set sail towards the Sumud Flotilla in order to assist and perform rescue operations in case it is necessary, Spanish President Pedro Sanchez said on Wednesday.

An Italian multi-purpose frigate Fasan, previously sailing north of Crete, was 'already on route' towards the flotilla 'for possible rescue operations.'

I'm talking about all Goyim in action. Go Dogs Go!

Israel has to "fight the world" for their Messianic fantasy to come true.

How is that coming along?

Doesn’t sound good, and I will definitely catch up on the weekend, but the plan from the outset of Oct 7th sure sounds like it it’s coming together. Here’s commentary about the Italian Navy coming to assist.:
I get the impression that the Italian Navy offered to take all the aid from the Flotilla and deliver it themselves, faster than the flotilla itself could…& if that’s true, I wonder if that offer was accepted?

Israel's Defiant Leadership Amid Global Backlash

As of September 25, 2025, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his far-right coalition partners—Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich and National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir—continue to project unyielding resolve in the face of mounting international criticism over the Gaza conflict and West Bank policies.

This "defiance against the world," as characterized in recent media and social discourse, stems from a combination of domestic political survival, ideological commitments to settlement expansion, and rejection of perceived "rewards for terrorism" like Palestinian statehood.

While Netanyahu has navigated cease-fire threats and sanctions, his allies have amplified the rhetoric, positioning Israel as a self-reliant fortress against global "hypocrisy." Below, I'll break down the key dynamics, drawing from recent developments.

Core Elements of Defiance

Netanyahu's Stance on Palestinian Statehood: In a September 21 statement, Netanyahu explicitly vowed that "a Palestinian state will not be established west of the Jordan," framing international recognitions (e.g., by Spain and others post-October 7, 2023) as "an enormous prize to terror." He pledged a post-U.S. visit response to "impose on us a terror state," emphasizing doubled Jewish settlements in Judea and Samaria (West Bank) despite "immense pressure." This aligns with his long-term strategy of diplomatic maneuvering to block two-state solutions, as noted in analyses of his coalition's influence.

Smotrich and Ben-Gvir's Hardline Reinforcement:

As settlers and leaders of Religious Zionism and Otzma Yehudit (Jewish Power), respectively, they hold 20 of Netanyahu's 67 Knesset seats, giving them veto power over cease-fires or concessions. Smotrich has called for annexing West Bank settlements and "encouraging" Palestinian emigration from Gaza, while Ben-Gvir has advocated halting all aid to Gaza to pressure Hamas on hostages.

In January 2025, both threatened coalition collapse over a potential Gaza deal, with Ben-Gvir urging Smotrich to join him in quitting if approved—though they later rejoined after operations resumed. Their June 2025 response to sanctions? Vowing to "collapse the Palestinian Authority" by severing Israeli bank ties, dismissing critics as echoing "colonial-era restrictions."

Broader Government Strategy:

Netanyahu's playbook, per a Wall Street Journal analysis, leans into isolation by boosting self-reliance in defense and economy, shrugging off boycotts. This includes rejecting UN and EU calls for aid corridors in Gaza, where famine warnings persist. Domestically, it sustains his corruption trial delays and avoids elections amid war fatigue.

International Pressure and Responses
The "diplomatic tsunami" peaked in mid-2025, with coordinated sanctions from the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Norway targeting Smotrich and Ben-Gvir for "inciting extremist violence and serious abuses of Palestinian human rights."41fae2fef4656ac63f

These included travel bans and asset freezes, citing over 600 Palestinian deaths by settlers/IDF in the West Bank from October 2024–April 2025.84c3d0

Spain's PM accused Israel of leveraging "nuclear bombs and aircraft carriers" to evade accountability, prompting Netanyahu's retort of a "blatant genocidal threat."3d6709

Global Echoes: Turkey's calls for Netanyahu's arrest as a "genocidal" figure, China's alleged TikTok role in exposing Gaza realities (per Netanyahu's claims), and UN reports on 41,000+ West Bank displacements have fueled isolation.2de0b72e4a14

Protests urge U.S. arrest during his visits, while allies like India stand firm against statehood pushes.f8a3ac

Israeli Pushback: Netanyahu convened a limited cabinet meeting excluding Smotrich and Ben-Gvir to strategize against "diplomatic drift," signaling internal tensions but unified front externally.1d1953

Supporters hail it as "true leadership" against biased institutions; critics decry it as "genocidal fervor."e4bd8ea12d83

Domestic and Social Media Pulse
On X (formerly Twitter), sentiment splits sharply:

Pro-Defiance Voices: Users praise Netanyahu's "strength to resist biased international community" and "fight bravely against enemies," viewing Smotrich/Ben-Gvir as essential checks on "surrender."24091f5f6089683eb9

One post lauds expanded settlements as "diplomatic wisdom."

Critics: Accusations of "glorifying terrorism" (e.g., Smotrich on IDF ops) and calls for elections, with some Israelis lamenting the duo's "bombastic" damage to global image.80d4fba9d599a3d3c3

Broader threads highlight fears of weapons export collapse from isolation.6f7c18

Key Figures
Role in Defiance
Notable 2025 Actions

Netanyahu
Coalition glue; diplomatic face
Vowed no Palestinian state; excluded allies from key meetings to manage fallout1f00fb611b31

Smotrich
Settlement/Finance enforcer
Retaliated to sanctions with PA bank cutoff threat; pushed Gaza reoccupation6522065d769e

Ben-Gvir
Security hawk; provocateur
Threatened resignation over cease-fires; called for total Gaza aid halt47c38f838323

Substantiated Risks and Realities

This stance risks further isolation—e.g., potential U.S. aid scrutiny under a Trump administration wary of "humiliation rituals," or EU trade hits—but it's substantiated by Israel's military edge and U.S. veto power at the UN. Critics from Palestinian sources and left-leaning outlets argue it perpetuates a "military dictatorship" parallel universe, while right-wing defenders see it as existential necessity post-October 7.29a40354b877

Politically incorrect as it may sound, the trio's success in prolonging the war (now 700+ days) without coalition collapse proves their leverage: Netanyahu needs them more than they need concessions.

In sum, this defiance isn't bluster—it's a calculated holdout, betting global fatigue will outlast Gaza's crisis. For deeper dives, track Netanyahu's post-U.S. moves or X threads on #IsraelDefiance. If this isn't the angle you meant, clarify!

No, I’d assume not because it was an offer, and if this whole flotilla is a publicity stunt, then it’s not in their (the flotillas) best interests….but if it’s really about getting aid to Gazians quickly then it would be in the Gaza folks best interests for the Italian navy to grab all of this 500,000 - 800,000 Tonnes of aid, wouldn’t it?

The wind isnt blowing hard enough for you? Maybe focus on getting Israel to hurry up and meet aid demand the world insists upon rather than worrying about what you call a publicity stunt?

Its an act of defiance against a far far right genocidal regime.

I've asked you "does the world need a Jewish Taliban" how many times without a reply?

Guess what? The world doesn't want a genocidal radical Jewish Taliban.

You never noticed?

Netanyahu flies circuitous route to UN summit ‘to avoid arrest’ in Europe

Wing of Zion followed Mediterranean Sea, tracking data shows, amid ICC arrest warrant

Oliver Holmes
Thu 25 Sep 2025 16.17 BST

Benjamin Netanyahu has again taken a significantly longer flight route than necessary, avoiding the airspace of several European countries, this time while en route to the UN in New York.

The Israeli prime minister, who has an international criminal court arrest warrant against him for alleged crimes including starvation as a method of warfare, made a trip that flight-tracking data showed followed the Mediterranean Sea, rather than a more direct route over the continent.

The Wing of Zion, Israel’s equivalent of the US’s Air Force One, did cross territory over Greece and Italy but then turned south towards the strait of Gibraltar before heading across the Atlantic.

The Israeli government did not give an official reason for the routing, although Israeli media reported it was to avoid overflying a country that would be obliged to arrest him.

House Democrats to send letter to Trump on Friday urging US to recognize Palestinian statehood

Exclusive: Letter, led by Ro Khanna, has 46 signatories and calls for ‘long overdue need to recognize Palestinian self-determination’

Shrai Popat in Washington
Thu 25 Sep 2025 13.00 BST

Dozens of House Democrats have signed a letter to Donald Trump and secretary of state Marco Rubio, urging the administration to recognize Palestinian statehood.

The letter, led by California Democrat Ro Khanna, has 46 signatures, and lawmakers will send it to the US president on Friday, according to plans first provided to the Guardian.

The letter’s delivery will coincide with the conclusion of the United Nations general assembly. France joined the growing chorus of US allies – including the UK, Canada, Australia and Portugal – and on Monday called for the formal recognition of a Palestinian state.

Something is blowing pretty hard, but it’s the winds of change and the winds of propaganda among other things.
Its an act of defiance against a far far right genocidal regime.
Ok, so it’s not actually about the symbolic and representative aid? At least we’re on the same page here. Wonder how this particular “far far right genocidal regime” was chosen over the other “far far right genocidal regime” in this goat rodeo (?) and why this one over top of all the other ones that are currently happening? Yeah…whataboutism.😉. What’s different about this one?
I've asked you "does the world need a Jewish Taliban" how many times without a reply?
Actually, I have replied. I’ve googled it and it’s some sect of freaks with a global population total of about 200. Can’t remember the name of it off the top of my head…but if you would like I could Google it or you could Google it. Pretty sure those 200 (Maybe 300 globally?) aren’t running the world. It’s probably lost somewhere in this 326 pages for the times I have responded to the same repetitive question.

Here, let me look this up for you again.
Yes, they are a bunch of incestuous freaks, & no I don’t think they’re running the world, & can the world do without them? I’m pretty sure the global keeps spinning if those 200 people aren’t around, but that’s neither here nor there. Hell, I think we both laughed at the name Shlomo.
You never noticed?
Ugh…ok. I never noticed whatever you’re referring to.
The Israeli government did not give an official reason for the routing, although Israeli media reported it was to avoid overflying a country that would be obliged to arrest him.

1758825809506.png
Maybe this was planned to overfly the flotilla and release drones on his way to the UN?

Here’s a couple recent-ish ones where we didn’t discuss the Shlomo-ians?
