I just asked my Daughter-in-Law this question (she's from Utah) and in her opinion, Canada has
more fresh air than the USA and Mexico. True or not, it's an honest answer from someone from
another country and new to Canada. She's also blown away by the price of almost everything
in Canada. There's got to be a "Canada has the most....." statement in her sticker price shock
alone somewhere.
