Why don't you slip your room number in his panties Smack, and order another drink, maybe you'll get what you need tonight.

I see you put those little smileys but I have a feeling you are not and were not smiling when you read his post!

And now... your pathetic pleas to "stay on topic" amuse me so seeing that a real Cuban who has lived and worked in Cuba has just splashed the reality of your dream world in your face.

And this attempt to do everything from pleading to him (in your own way) to leave you alone or insult makes it even more fun.

So DB... are you going to give Cuba a try? Or are you just one of the Red Shirt Chez wearing wannabees? He has made it clear that they (the Cuban Govt.) would certainly help you settle in and become what you so admire.

C'mon DB...Live the Dream!

Did you know that the Canadian Beaver is considered a pest and a parasite in most countries other than Canada in which it has escaped into the wild.

DB perhaps you forgot.
It was you who brought up Cuba.
It was you who dragged the news thread off topic.
I was the guy who completely and utterly owned you after you dragged the thread off topic.
You may not think so, but trust me on this, you don't know squat about Communism in Cuba.
I do.

So you think Canwest is a less than sterling source.
It's one of the largest chains of print MSM in Canada.
As far as Canadian MSM is concerned it's THE source.
Sorry I didn't quote Granma for you.
Granted all media is biased but hey.

And then you quote some cheesy little left wing, conspiracy theorist, Internet site as
gospel.
Wiki doesn't even have a listing for it.

Your kinda lame DB.
Everyone reading this threads can see you are incapable of answering any of my previous questions.
You have no experience at all with real world Communism or Socialism.
You seem to have no real life experiences to share apart from animal husbandary.

My so called "spotty" employment history is no such thing.
I have been doing the same job ever since I graduated from college.
I'm very good at it.
I own my own little one man company and consult all over the world.
Run an ISP check on me.
I'm posting from Europe right now.
Hard at work so to speak.

Lets talk about you.
Why are you afraid to walk the talk DB?
Go to a Communist country.
They will take you in and give you a shot at living the Socialist life.
They will, believe me.
I have chatted with lots of them and in general they are a pretty good bunch.
They will let you try their social and political lifestyle if you seem honest and interested.
Then you could be something more than a wannabe hiding in the basement.
Man up.
The world is huge and its great and life is short.
Your wasting yours.

Oh a beaver slur, how right of you to get immeadiately down to the practicle considerations.
The topic is by your own OP, "Canada Least Corrupt Nation in Americas" I'm assuming you believe this, but you have no support other than the farticle in the CanWest insturment, which I maintain is blatantly false rubbish from the House of Asper. Do you have any other source for your silly beliefs?

You had a feeling did you? That's a start Smack, soon maybe you'll have a clue, and then an idea and then you'll be in his room dancing on the table to rude music.

STILL you are trying vainly to get back to the OP as you have found your attempt to say that Cuba was the least corrupt. He has answered the challenge to that and given it to you with both barrells.

Should we start another thread or will you cower from that as you are doing now?

Just what I thought.

I am thinking that you are just a wannabee. You have all the propaganda, all the red T-Shirts of Chez, all the bumper stickers but in reality you are just a wannabee socialist. A wannabee communist, content to pound away at a keyboard and not take the opportunity that Trex has informed you that it is available.

You can do this DB. You can live in Cuba. I didn't think it was possible but the OP has educated you that you will be accepted and welcomed.

I don't know him at all. But I do know this...he sure silenced you with regards to your love of Cuba and what a perfect society it is. How much better Cuba is than Canada.

No matter how many smiley faced icons you put at the end of your posts, the fact remains that you have been clearly put in your place. It is easy to preach to us on how great Cuba is. How much better it is than Canada.

But when faced with a Cuban who has been there and lived there and works with the government you have been clearly stifled. All you can do is post as you have, pleading to change topics, insult.

Be a man! Get your red t-shirt on and debate. Tell this Cuban how much he doesn't know about Cuba. Tell this former Cuban Govt. worker about the Cuban govt. from your chair up in Canada.

So have you even thought of moving to Cuba? The door is open.

Did you know that the Canadian Beaver is considered a pest and a parasite in most countries other than Canada in which it has escaped into the wild.

Shows how ignorant you and the rest of the world you claim to know are.

Considdering this "Pest" is responsible for many of the marshlands which actually help filter out much of the man-made pollution in our country, among many other things... that shows what the hell you and all your buddies know.

Just because you considder something to be something else, doesn't make you right.

Without the Beaver, both in Canada and the US, half of the land area would be dried out. They bring life to an area that there wasn't much to begin with.... their habitats they create substain hundred of other animal species.

Get a clue.

I was the guy who completely and utterly owned you after you dragged the thread off topic.

Sorry, but you don't own much when you spout ignorant garbage like the above about something you know nothing about.

Granted all media is biased but hey.

Everybody and everything is biased.... get used to it.... you yourself are quite biased. At least reconize your hypocracy.

And then you quote some cheesy little left wing, conspiracy theorist, Internet site as gospel.
Wiki doesn't even have a listing for it.

Wiki? Speaking of Gospel.

Your kinda lame DB.
Everyone reading this threads can see you are incapable of answering any of my previous questions.

Don't worry.... we're all reading other things as well, including you.

You have no experience at all with real world Communism or Socialism.

Cuba is only one of many forms of the two, Cuba isn't the centre of it all.

You seem to have no real life experiences to share apart from animal husbandary.

My so called "spotty" employment history is no such thing.
I have been doing the same job ever since I graduated from college.
I'm very good at it.
I own my own little one man company and consult all over the world.
Run an ISP check on me.

Hard at work so to speak.

You're about as hard at work as I am if you're posting here. Nice one.

Lets talk about you.
Why are you afraid to walk the talk DB?
Go to a Communist country.
They will take you in and give you a shot at living the Socialist life.
They will, believe me.

Man up.
The world is huge and its great and life is short.
Your wasting yours.

Just because you had a sucky life in a country that was run in a communist or socialist form, doesn't mean they all are. And once again, Cuba isn't the centre of the entire debate, there are many other forms of Communism and Socialism..... and guess what?

Both Communism and Socialism can be incorporated into Democracy/Capitalism, and vice versa..... Hell, the US loves to point out Canada's ties to Socialist ways.

It's not that you can choose one or the other, if one's smart enough, you can have it all in a balance approach, if one was so inclined.

Looks like DB is getting rolled all over on this.

C'mon DB...are you going to give Cuba a shot? Trex says they will welcome you and let you live their life in utopia. Leave this foolish west and democracy behind and get to Cuba. It is waiting for you!

He's been there... you haven't. Stop being a wannabee and live the dream baby!

Cuba would probably be a good place to live, if your own dumb ass country would get rid of your dumb ass blockade and let them run their country like everybody else.

But a fully functioning Communist nation next door to you guys is a threat I suppose, so you keep it up and running and keep them isolated as best you can so they have no other choice but to cut here and there, reduce their support in certain programs for their public, etc.

If the US didn't have their stupid blockade on Cuba, you'd all probably be singing a different tune..... that includes Trex. Sure he blames Cuba and their government for the BS he had to go through, but if you look at the broader spectrum of the whole situation, the US had a lot to do with these situations.

I have a few Cuban friends here where I live, and I have a Cuban married into my family, and I have talked to them all about their lives there, and the people in Cuba are some of the most friendly, generous and caring people I have met..... my distant cousin from there who married into the family has got to be the most cheerful, happy and generous person I have ever met in my entire life.

Some love their coutnry, while others didn't, which is why they moved to Canada..... this isn't anything special or new, because there are differences in every country, there are always going to be those who love their home country, and those who hate their country.

Trex is the type who hates it...... But sorry to say, I'm not going to base all my opinions of Cuba on just one person.

Trex doesn't like Cuba and it's government.... good..... move on.

Dark Beaver doesn't have to debate any of this, as for one thing, it has not a damn thing to do with the topic in question..... secondly, debating with one person and their own perspective can only go so far.

Trex hates Cuba's government for certain reasons? Fine..... yet I know several others who love their country..... what does that tell you?

Nothing.... so move on.

Cuba would probably be a good place to live, if your own dumb ass country would get rid of your dumb ass blockade and let them run their country like everybody else.

It is an embargo...not a blockade. Cuba can trade with anyone they wish...we just don't want to trade with them. It is the course that they have chosen. It was all fun until the Soviets stopped sending rubles. Now they want the embargo lifted under their terms.

Besides... they have Canada to trade with... what more can they want?

But a fully functioning Communist nation next door to you guys is a threat I suppose, so you keep it up and running and keep them isolated as best you can so they have no other choice but to cut here and there, reduce their support in certain programs for their public, etc.

Hardly a threat. They are just another Carribean nation that chose to be who they are. I hope they are enjoying themselves...but it doesn't sound like they are.

If the US didn't have their stupid blockade on Cuba, you'd all probably be singing a different tune..... that includes Trex. Sure he blames Cuba and their government for the BS he had to go through, but if you look at the broader spectrum of the whole situation, the US had a lot to do with these situations.

Again... it is an embargo.

What do we have to do with it? We have no relations at all with them. No trade, no political...nothing. There problems are of their own making.

Well then you must be an expert then!

But seriously... I was in the Marines with Cubans and visit my Marine buddy who is now a lawyer in Miami. I agree, they are wonderful people. The Cubans here in the US are also the reason why the embargo will stand. They do not like the Cuban govt.

Some love their coutnry, while others didn't, which is why they moved to Canada..... this isn't anything special or new, because there are differences in every country, there are always going to be those who love their home country, and those who hate their country.

It seems a lot of them hate it as they try to make the escape to the US on anything that will float. Sounds like a wonderful place.

Trex is the type who hates it...... But sorry to say, I'm not going to base all my opinions of Cuba on just one person.

You wouldn't change your mind if you had a whole stadium full of Cubans telling you how awful it is.

Trex doesn't like Cuba and it's government.... good..... move on.

Sorry... too much fun. I shall stay.

Dark Beaver doesn't have to debate any of this, as for one thing, it has not a damn thing to do with the topic in question..... secondly, debating with one person and their own perspective can only go so far.

It didn't and the OP did not even bring up Cuba. He was saying how Canada was the least corrupt, giving you folks a pat on the back. DB was the one that brought up Cuba and was schooled pretty well.

I think it is cute that you are sticking up for DB though. I guess he needs help on this.

Trex hates Cuba's government for certain reasons? Fine..... yet I know several others who love their country..... what does that tell you?

Nothing.... so move on.

But yet they are living in Canada. What does that tell you?

Again... I am enjoying this thread.

Smack if you'll reexamine what facts Trex actually introduced you'll understand why it's so ammusing to see you slobber all over someone who's sold you a jumbo bag of nothing. Wouldn't you like to turn the light on and have a good look at the dragon you're about to make a baby with.

Well it is apparent that you want nothing to do with these facts. But it is great that you admitted that what he is saying is indeed factual.

By your childish posts it is also apparent that you DO NOT DARE debate him on this so called "jumbo bag of nothing". You keep coming after me which is fine as that is all you can do.

Trex has humbled you and you know it. Your communist/socialist diatribe ran into a truck that just ran you over and all you can do is dribble out homoerotic innuendos which I am sure does not surprise anyone coming from you.

What I am seeing in you is the equivalent of a football player that just got his helmet knocked from his head. That dull stare that says...

"Where am I? What just happened?"

Calm down, you're hyperventilating, hide that erection will you, Trex isn't here Smack he's busy working in Europe. Why don't you get your lips off his horn and I'm sure he'll be more than happy to blow it himself if he has the time to spare from world building.

I wonder what Cuba's choice would have been had she not been treated as a conquest following the Spanish-American war.

Wasn't Cuba a conquest by the Spanish?

But at any rate... Cuba has her course today and her own way and has for almost half a century...or Fidel's way.
