C'mon, pompous, proud,holier-than-me,morally superior liberal supporters, answer my questions or refute them. Too bad you can't switch subjects when you are confronted in print as easily as you can orally. Why don't you tell us all about Chretien setting the RCMP on the guy from the FDBC who opposed Chretien's golf course buddy? Liberalism is a mental disorder, you believe you are better than people who think, because you feel, and you believe. Rubbish,it doesn't work in the real world.

Lone Wolf is the only sensible person left in this thread. At least he isn't blinded by partisanship. The rest reads like a propaganda brochure. Half truths are so nice for PR.

No I am not implying, you are not listening, you are suggesting that I am denigrating natives when in fact I am not?. As for your assertion that deficit once again all you have to do is look at the Conservative ruining history in Canada, the Harper losers have taken a 12 B SURPLUS LEFT BY THE LIBERALS AND TURNED IT INTO A DEFICIT IN HOPE TO ENTICE THE CANADIAN VOTER TO NO AVAIL.
If you are a true Canadian as you claim spare me from your bull “Alberta will use the North West passage and we don’t need BC". It makes you look like you missed happy hour my friend. By the way I am a Canadian as well it doesn’t matter if my name is Greek.
There is no happy hour in Alberta, although it seems to be extended where you are. the 12 billion dollar surplus your talking about was acheived by the liberal by cutting transfer payments and off loading social programs onto the provinces without recompense. btw there will still be a surplus this year, perhaps not 13 billion but still a surplus, something we won't have if dummy Dion gets in there.

Oh ya, answer why the Con black boot change the party name 5 times in the last 18 years. Do you know why? You probably know but you must feel sad that the Cons have a serious identity problem, that’s like the guy who paints his gray hair to camouflage his real aging process. Same with the Cons, they change the party name so many times because they know the general papules is very afraid of the CONS. The Liberals had the same name for the past 40 years. Is that mean anything to you? No of course not.
The Cons are stuck at 34% and they will come down to a lower number on the polls before election time. You can take that to the bank my great forum friend.

No ... actually I'm in a pretty good humour having a relatively painfree day. Thanks for askin'. "Sucker a Greek" is just counter to Loan wolf. I see the Spellcheck's workin' fine

Paul Martin and CSL is a Liberal putting on the teflon to side-step Canadian law. See - one's as slick as the other eh? ;-)

Hey Lone wolf what's up with the "Sucker a Greek" ?

Hold it now. I wouldn't do anything out of line or shady. So don't go there.

Anyway, Martin did, so there. :p

Look Martin did not go out staffing his pockets with fraudulent doe and unpaid taxes. Get that? Risus, man make your time useful here, don’t behave as a little kid here. I have been very friendly with everyone here. We are all Canadian brothers and sisters here.
No matter how loud you call me names here, the bottom line is the Cons are desperately looking to hurt Canada like their predecessor Mulroney.

One more thing, here if the Con losers in Ottawa did not fraudulently over spend on the 2006b election the losers may have not gotten even a miserable minority government. So look man you can say anything you want, reality will tell us that the Cons are phony and they are not to be trusted. ;-)

It's partly a response to Loan in exchange for lone ... and Risus caught the jist in the rest. Don't be suckered by the teflon coating on any politician. If their lips are moving, they're probably fibbing. With best intent for who they represent is a load of crap. Politics is a rich and rewarding experience.

LOL, you must be smoking some of quandary's pot. Chretien was a phony, Martin was a phony, and like I said, I don't support what Mulroney did, but the Conservatives have put that behind them, risen up out of the dust and have shown to the Canadian public that they are better a better choice than the liberals. Put that in your pipe and smoke it...

I think he is referring to how you have gottened sucked into believing liberal BS.

At least I have been suckered to believe a party that has the ability to keep its name for the past 45 years rather than the Con party who changed it 5 times in the past 18 years in an efort to fool the voter.

HUH. The Reform party became the alliance which merged with the former Progressive conservatives into what is now the conservative party. Obviously ,you are afraid to answer any of the questions that I posed,or as the above response suggests you have too much pablum between your ears. Why does the liberal party's shenanigans go largely unreported by the cbc and ctv? Please ,I'm waiting my grey forum friend.

If the Cons are so great tell us why they can’t move past the 34% popularity mark in the past 2 ½ years. And by the way “the cons were forgotten under the dust for 13 years, and looking at their dismal political performance I wouldn’t be surprised if they were send back to the same nothing popularity once again on the coming up election.

By the way the Mulroney saga is not behind the Cons, trust me my good pal it is right in front of them, SCUM BROWN BAGS AND BROWN ENVELOPS has many unanswered questions to answer to the Canadian people. You wish it was all behind them but no not yet.

Risus, answer the question why the Cons changed their name 5 deferent times in the past 18 years? Come on be a good sport answer that question.

By the way I am not a mouse, but if that is the way you wish to participate here then fine, you keep to your name calling and I do understand the anxiety you are experiencing which is culminating from the poor performance your political party is offering Canada.

If the liberals are so sure of a victory in the next election, why haven't they forced an election?? (answer: the carbon tax has bit them in the ass).

The only reason they changed their name was to appease the Reform party and the progressive conservative party, so there. :p

Anyway there are a lot of questions posed to you that you are afraid to answer... At least I answer the ones that are asked me.

A: the Liberals haven’t forced an election due to their leadership dilemma.

-Dion is a credible guy but the Canadian voter wants to be represented by an Anglophone this time, no offence to any previous francophone Liberal leaders, but to be fair after Pier Eliot Trudeau and Jean Chretien there hasn’t been anyone else except hopeful Dion. So, with the leadership question as to why they haven’t forced an election? If the Liberals had Bob Ray or Michael Ignatieff deputy Leader of the Liberal party of Canada on the helm, they would bring down the Progressive Conservative party of Canada (the deficit kings). Now as it stands Dion has done the right thing by not forcing an election, the strategy here is lets give them time and rope and soon they would do the wrong thing.

B: as for the carbon tax biting them in their ass, wrong!

-It’s known today that the subject of Global warming is not happening in Canada alone.
The whole planet is slowly approaching an age where never before in civilized recorded history has planet Earth suffered in the hands of humanity gone wild. SUVs with 500 horse power being driven for the purpose of pleasure and protection while the planet is getting all f ucked up. Tax neutral is tax neutral, we need to clean the planet from bad emissions is everyone’s concern and job to insure that everyone dose their part in protecting this battered planet Earth from irreversible damage.
That alone will be a vindication on Dixons Carbone tax.

Risus: “The only reason they changed their name was to appease the Reform party and the progressive conservative party, so there”

C: a clear indication that with in the right wing in Canadian politics there was a huge difference of opinion throughout party ranks as to what the name should be as well the mentality.

A dilemma not good for Canada and that was one of the main reasons the Canadian voters let the Progressive Conservative party of Canada stay in exile with only 2 seats for over 13 years.
My good pal Risus what do you say to that?

Sock ... the next eclipse of the sun, I'm going to extort favour from the ill informed on a promise to turn the sun back on. Carbon tax my ass. It's a cash grab. Sure ... there is global warming. There are ice ages. We are in the middle of an inter glacial period. Earth is going to warm whether Dion scams his pound of flesh or not.

Lone Wolf, I don’t think that revenue neutral would indicate anything else, but on the other hand should the Liberals not fulfill that statement on revenue neutrality, then the voter will as it always has remembered wrong before right, thereby doing the right thing on the ballet card come election time.

Revenue neutral? For whom? I have to pay the gas increases, the hydro increases, the increased cost for groceries. Thing is ... I'm on a pension. I don't pay income tax. I won't get those savings on my tax bill. As usual ... it's the most vulerable who have to pay the price for half-thought-out proposals. This voter will do the right thing with his ballot come election day.

Hey Wolf, I have no problem seeing your pension go up, when you are past age of work ability your pension should balance according to the standard of living of the day in the city the person lives in. But..……. abusing the environment is not a myth it’s a reality knocking at our environmental door…….
What do we do about it? As many off us know the environment has become an election issue and the party with the most solid platform on the issue will be given a chance to govern. As you know the environment and the Economy is today’s big BUZZZZZZ words...
