Why complain? Hamas got their just desserts. Israel (Bibi and JKK allies) have yet to fully face the consequences of genocide. Expect Hamas to drag their feet when this could have ended a long long time ago if Bibi wasnt afraid of Ben-Gvir and Smotrich ending his PM reign and facing prison.

If Trump came out with this peace plan ultimatum on the 29th, & Hamas accepted it, sort of, on the 3rd… it gives you a window between then and now when they were exploring what they could and couldn’t get away with, to look for that quote if you feel so inclined.

Open you goddamn eyes and ears. 80% of the planet is behind Palestine as a Sovereign Nation and part of that Sovereign Nation in the province or state of Gaza the elected Govt of Hamas is in power.
What does Canada ask of both parties? Is this thread not about our unilateral agreement with powers that that out weigh the US and includes the Arabs along with us?

Trump is the figurehead he’s gonna try and take credit for everything. I’m about 99% positive He didn’t write that 20 point peace plan, and there’s all kinds of side deals going on…airliners to military bases in Idaho, etc…to who is gonna get what slice of the pie with respect a rebuilding Gaza, and so on and so forth.
I don’t think Palestinian statehood is as important as you think it is in the big picture, but it makes for great sound bites.
