I'd also note that the "guys" appears to be a "guy," singular, but I don't try to fix stupid.

Like you say all countries around the world have their share of racists, however the Azov seems to be targeted and, maybe rightfully so, but there is evidence of a mix of races fighting in the battalion. Let them fight for Ukraine and once there is peace then sort it out. Besides it maybe a moot point in a few days as they mostly operate in Mariupol and are being pounded hard unless there is a Ukrainian breakthrough they will be lost and executed as an example by Russia.
