When I was young I had a volkswagen beetle....you know the kind that you have to scrape the windshield on the inside not the outside in the winter.....
I wouldn't want to have to do that with an E. V.

It’s versatile as hell!! It could haul a 53 foot trailer with three travel trailers on top of it across the continent…..and still fit through the drive-through at Burger King. It can have a 53 foot trailer with 4 feet of overhang off the arse end & still is only 74’ long. Without a trailer it’s only the size of a pick up truck and can park in a parking lot at Walmart in a stall.

It’s very purpose specific, but will age out in the next year or two unfortunately and the market doesn’t makes sense to replace with new….as it would be too purpose specific for resale at a later date. Catch22.

Rebuild it. Nothing better than a short tractor for getting around construction sites.

Rebuilt, it’s still an ‘09 325 Pete to SGI. It’s a Hell of a gamble, as if anything happens & it’s ‘written off’ we’d get next to nothing with a big deductible, and the rebuild cost is a throw away. That’s why I say Catch22.

I'm driving a 92 Pete bin truck. Pays for itself every 4 months. I understand the delema. Especially when it is not a steady runner.Sometimes the convenience factor is hard to define in monetary terms for the beancounters.
