Still have the regional District and the provincial government looking for income. Also because it is a second place the homeowners grant doesn't apply. SO even without raising the mil rate taxes effectively doubled. The roads are graded once a year so even though there is no public dock or even a real boat ramp we are supposed to licence vehicles.

Silver is very inexpensive right now.. but as population grows, demand on solar, EV cars and this Green Shift, Silver will be in more demand and raise the price.
