I guess it depends on the definition of proof. I interpret "causing death deliberately or through negligence" as murder. Genocide is multiple murders and treason is being a traitor to your country. Although they make not make it past the supreme court they are good enough for my purposes. I think a national leader who characterizes the workings of the judicial and parliamentary systems as "rigged" qualifies as treason and if not it should! :)
I guess 43 Senators couldn't see it your way if any of which were true he would have been found guilty. Exactly what you are trying to say is what the Impeachment managers were trying to guilt the Senators into.

Who is responsible for the hundreds of deaths caused from the vaccine? Biden?

Anyone who thought Trump would be convicted by the Senate was, well, an idiot.

Soon as the idea was floated about Impeachment, anyone with any working brain knew Trump wouldn't be convicted.

It was assured when Senators broke their oaths to be impartial time and time again.

And yet if you think Trump was somehow victorious for being found not guilty, you're just as clueless.

We'll see what happens now but by not convicting Trump, the Senators have allowed what happened to happen again. January is now, indeed, a "Do anything you want" month to the "right" Presidents.

Sad, but not shocking.

Again, THE USA died January 6th... now you just have the States of America.

Yet the self-righteous Dems put all else aside in order to hold a sham trial simply because they could. What an utter failure to launch by a bunch of wanna be woke people so filled with hate they ignored the necessity for rapid vaccine responses in the country, they ignored the need for a stimulus bill and they ignored and shunted aside all other house business so they could push their petty little agenda against a man no longer in office. This looks so good on all of them. Ha, ha, ha.

BTW, since you obviously have not being paying attention..................the divisions within the US were born decades ago and since then have only widened due to polarization on both sides. Over-the-top rhetoric re: 'the usa died.....blah, blah, blah' is utter nonsense.

Trump Defense lawyer pretty much drives your argument home in an interview on CBS

If they had an actual case most would have convicted like the house, (on emotions) there was no case, if you had evidence of incitement you should have forwarded it to Raskins, that way they wouldn't have had to change the narrative and doctor evidence.
