I guess it depends on the definition of proof. I interpret "causing death deliberately or through negligence" as murder. Genocide is multiple murders and treason is being a traitor to your country. Although they make not make it past the supreme court they are good enough for my purposes. I think a national leader who characterizes the workings of the judicial and parliamentary systems as "rigged" qualifies as treason and if not it should!

P.S. I believe when the president takes office he is sworn to uphold all aspects of the American system. Would that not also include NOT aiding, abetting and advising citizens to disrespect it.
