Manufacture and installation of plexiglass screens and dividers is at an all time high .
Uber eats and food delivery at all time highs .
Manufacture of various Covid related safety products . To name a few . Will gains outstrip losses eventually but at present employment must still be lagging behind pre Covid levels .

There's idiots and extremists on both sides...


But if the Republicans of the now are more fitting the world view some want to see... doesn't that make them, historically, Democrats... and not as bad a thing as it keeps being made out to be? Meanwhile... current day Dems are historically Republicans... so wouldn't that mean being Republican is a horrible thing?

Not really, probably a lot of people required just to managed all the cleaning and disinfecting required in every public building, not to mention taking care of all the extra sick people. How many more delivery people are required?
