Considering its well-known that gay men make up the majority of HIV victims - I thought this was as well-known as the sky being blue - then I've got every right to say that gay men make up most victims.

Those two folders she held up were the Biological Incident Annex to the National Response Framework, which was signed out in January 2017, BEFORE Trump took office.

Both administrations failed to restock N95 masks. Trump didn't care and the Obama admin decided to use available funds to buy life saving drugs instead of masks because they felt they would be more wildly available.
